      I just got an email with the $39 egift card but I purchsed 2 separate cami’s so that I would get 2 sets, one for me and one for my mom…wonder if they will give me anything for the second order…

    I wish I had taken advantage of this! Wish Babies R us would have done that. Their customer service is just horrible! The have cancelled about 3 of my order. The last one being the $5 santa diapers.

      I know, I am so mad at Toys R Us… they cancelled both my Operation and my diapers orders… and while I sort of understand cancelling because they ran out (although I think they need to devise a way to say the item is out of stock sooner)… I don’t agree with waiting so long to tell us they cancelled…. with me it was 1 to 2 weeks… I know some people got a GC for the Operation issue, but I didn’t.

        The DO need to devise a way to say the item is out of stock. And YES is does take them forever. One of my cancelled orders took almost two weeks for them to let me know. I didnt get a gift card for any of the orders either.

          Oh wow. I have the same BAD experience with Toyrus.com. They listed prodcucts that are out of stock on their site and even worst it let me add it to cart. And finally they cancelled it. I used gift card to place order and it take them forever to refund. By the time they refund, the price of the products that I want goes up. I am kind of mad. And did I mentioned, it took me about 30 minutes wait on the phone to talk to their customer service. And also, on the cancellation notice they didn’t mention a reason why. Urgg……I HATE Toyrus. I would NOT
          buy from them again.

    make sure they save their emails because i had filed a complaint with vs once and was sent an email saying that i would get a $40 gift card. after not receiving it i attempted to find my email but it must have been accidentally deleted. i contacted them and explained the situation and they told me that they had no record of any of it and they offered me a $10 gift card as an apology. i fought them for quite awhile cause you are giving me a $10 card to apologize for not getting the $40 apology for being treated poorly in a store just doesnt make sense to me…it took weeks of fighting before they actually gave me the original $40

    I HAVE EMAIL THEM CAUSE I DIDNT SEE THE FREE ITEM IN MY RECEIT . AND THEY SEND ME A $10 EGIFT CARD ..I WANT MY $39 I TRY FOREVER FOR THIS AND BROUGHT A ITEM THAT ITS NOT EVEN MY SIZE

    I got my perfume in a BAG…yes a BAG. All beat up like trash after going through the post office. Should have been packaged up in a box. I was so dissapointed but the perfume still works so oh well.

      That’s crazy! The perfume was actually shipped in a box, wrapped in tissue paper, inside a ziplock bag, packaged inside another box, inside the mail bag when I received it.

    They did this on Black Friday as well I received an email for a 70.00 credit when they ran out of the bags they were giving away! I used mine with my secret rewards this past weekend. If you have to call their customer service they are very nice!!

      I agree their customer service is very nice. i had a problem with a rude employee in one of their stores & when I called about it they were very nice, apologized & gave me a $25.00 gift card (the amount was for what I spent & had trouble exchanging an order for the correct size twice!). I ended up going to a different location, exchanged my items w/no problems at the other store & got to do more shopping w/my gift card. If you have a problem i definitely recommend calling!

    I would MUCH rather have the credit to spend than the perfume. I don’t even like perfume! It’s going to be given away to someone…I don’t know who yet! Unless, I get lucky and get that email instead!

    I ordered the PJ set with the free slippers, when i tried to put in the promo code for the perfume it was unavailable… will i still get the email or did your order have to go through with the perfume code in it and then they just ran out…

        I just used the code the other day. . pjparty I believe it is! Try it if you buy jammies. The slippers are great for free, but not worth $25 IMO!!!

    I just got my 3rd Perfume set, would’ve much rather had the $39 cause the perfume set’s not worth $5 in my opinion. Can’t give as a gift like I thought. Maybe a stocking stuffer. They didn’t even put a Rewards card in this order. 🙁

      They’re not even supposed to be giving out the SRC’s anymore. The promotion ended on 12/01 so you shouldn’t be expecting a rewards card in your order.

    Horrible CS! I hope that really more than one person got this apology email. As for me my orders got cancelled – i got an email saying that per my request my orders were cancelled. When i called lady explained that i cannot expect to get an order under 10$ and use Secret Reward Card. I was so upset, tried to ask for creit of my free cards, finally she said the best she can do is give me $10 and i have to place order right away. I am so dissapointed!
    On October, my birth month, i placed order online and did not like that bra i got, (used my $10birthday card plus VS cc), guess what,they did not gave my birthday card credit to rebuy another bra 🙁
    List goes on and on…

    Sure enough i will buy VS underwear ON CLEARANCE, since thats one of the
    cheapet reasonable quality underwear for women…

    But once again, i have to disagree about VS customer service- they’re horrible!!!

      thats usually how it is with coupons. once u use it, u cant get it back. so i dont think vs is being unfair.

        I agree. Its not VS fault that you ordered a bra you didnt like. I can understand exchanging for another but not keeping that one and getting another coupon.

      same here! I don’t like VS’s customer service either :/ I got a rewards card from the FB giveaway last week and I checked it, it was $10. Two days later, I went to use it and it said 71 cents. I called customer service and they said the facebook was glitchy and had been giving multiple accounts the same card!!!! When I asked if there was anythign I could do because I can’t really buy anything for 71 cents, the lady on the phone just told me “well, in the future don’t trust things on facebook.” IT’S FROM YOUR COMPANY’S “OFFICIAL” FACEBOOK!!! Unless Victoria Secret doesn’t actually run/own the Facebook page…. Basically she kept saying tough luck, don’t trust facebook for 10 minutes so I just got tired and gave up trying.

      After reading all the comments about what great CS VS has, I’m glad to see yours. My husband had purchased the PJS, slippers & the comfy robe on-line. When it arrived 2 weeks ago, I decided I wanted to get a smaller size in the slippers & robe. Tried to exchange at the store in Enfield, CT – No Way!!! I was told on-line is VSDirect & the store is separate. Had to return by having the store send them back. I received the slippers & the robe yesterday. Unfortunately I had to get my 2nd choice for robe color, when I could’ve gotten my first choice when I went to the store!! Had my husband (or I) known this, he would’ve just gone to the store which is 10 mins away. I have already complained to VS CS & filed a VOC. Now I’m going to let them know about what I received. I don’t have a problem w/any store having their policies – just POST IT. For On-line – they should say it up front before you start ordering or at the very least, warn you before you press Submit. Needless to say, very unhappy w/VS regarding this!!! 🙁

    I think VS is being so nice because of all the rumors about their child labor over seas. They got caught and now want to make sure their customers “forget” about the rumors by giving them better customer service.

    my perfume is on back order and i got no email. I even called to confirm when the perfume will be shipped and it going to be after christmas. that was suppose to be my gift for our Mail Lady!!!…i wish i got the email with the credit

      Call and have them send you something else. If you had received a $39 bra damaged in the mail, you would expect a replacement.

    I called Victoria secret and they said they have 3-5 business days from order cancellation to send your credit. They did confirm I have a $39 credit coming my way! 🙂

      Wow, what is the deal with everyone still getting reward cards!! I didn’t get one when they were actually running the promotion, and they said they were out, and now I keep hearing how they are sending them in December! I also placed several orders this month, but still no reward cards for me! Yet…there I go, coming back for more, I keep ordering from them anyway, lol.

    I used the code for free lipgloss and didnt receive the lipgloss or an apology. It just said discontinued on the purchase order. Any ideas?

    I checked my order and it said the perfume was discontinued, but they still shipped the cami. I don’t even want the cami, I was just ordering for the perfume! And I didn’t get an e-mail! 🙁

        Discontinued means they will not sell that item again (they stopped selling it).

    I got nothing, they even cancelled my order and then never even told me, I had to look after someone else got theirs before I did. A friend I told about the order got the perfume and cami and ordered hers after me. Super frusterating!! Plus I used my $10 Rewards and it isn’t reloading.

      I have a $20 dollar Walmart gift card i would love to trade with you. I got it as a baby shower gift but because of their EXTREMELY poor costumer service i refuse to shop their anymore unless the deal is incredible. I tried and tried to get one of the VS cards but they were always out by the time i was able to log onto face book and since the VS website doesn’t take Paypal i was unable to participate in any of the deals that was going on. I love VC so this would be totally awesome! TIA

    I just got off the phone with them – the item was in my order and even on my packing slip but not in the package. I was told too bad – I asked if there was something they could do for me and they sent me a $10 egc. Not happy about that at all. If it had been out of stock, fine but it was listed on my packing slip.

    I got my perfume and kept it for myself, since I loved all of them! But, I have to say I would NEVER have paid $39 for them. They are the size of the sample dove body sprays, if you got one of those..I got a camisole and the perfume for 2.99, so I figure I got myself a nice Christmas present, but the $39 credit is a nice thing for VS to do..

    If any of you is planning on using $10 VS in store then their 3 piece gift sets( full size) are 40% off for around $10.80.With 3 VS cards i got 3 sets for $3 and some change. Great xmas present.

      I didnt see ANYTHING on clearance at my store. NADA> I would have loved to get the full sized sets instead of the small perfumes I got.

    hrrrmmm wish Barnes and Noble would give me credit I ordered a calendar about a week ago and got an email a few days ago saying the order will be delayed longer than stated (which was too bad because it is part of my mother’s Xmas/birthday present) but today I got an email saying it was just fully canceled… I can’t imagine this calendar was in high demand and it just sold out so fast the system couldn’t keep up (it was like a “front porches 2012” calendar, not on sale)… I think companies SHOULD compensate fairly for screwing up- I had many opportunities at other stores to buy calendars this past week but didn’t because I already ordered one. Now I have to make a special trip out to get one. $39 for a free perfume I think is a little over the top (but of course awesome for the customer) I wish those good tidings would come ~my way~ 😀

    That is amazing! I did get the perfumes and they are definitely not worth $39. I was also able to get a cami and the set for $2.99 plus tax and it came in 2 days! I am really surprised that they are giving a credit like that! I am really impressed.

    I wish Customer Service had been nice to me Saturday night. I spent at least an hour and a half trying to figure out which SWEATER I had to buy to get the free SCARF. I entered at least a dozen different sweaters in my cart and then the free scarf and it always gave me an error that it was not the correct sweater and then I found the scarf item # and entered it and it didn’t even exist. I finally decided to call them and find out which sweater I could order and was told they ran out of scarfs. Ugh, I was so mad that I had wasted all that time trying to use my $10 Rewards Card. Customer service wasn’t apologetic and didn’t offer me anything.
