I called customer service and was told the Holiday Frame Sweets Tote is not eligible for promotional codes. When you click on it, it says at the top in red that they will not accept promotional codes for the item. I hope they honor it though, since it still lets you enter the code on the billing page…

Yeah, stupid me! My VIP10 promo code worked a minute ago, but no free shipping so I went back to figure out what I missed and then my shopping basket order disappeared, now I’m willing to just not get free shipping and this code is now Expired, this is so frustrating!

I ordered the gift set that was $12.49, and it allowed me to use the $10 off, and free shipping. I see it already took out of my Paypal, but I don’t have an order confirmation e-mail. When I go to track it through my account it isn’t there, and tells me it can take up to 30 minutes to go through. (Which it has been over). I hope the order went through. And if not, I hope to be refunded quickly!

A lot of people are saying their order was cancelled, mine has not been… I ordered 2, but I also ordered a couple more at regular price earlier in the week. Mine even has tracking numbers. They aren’t being sold on the website anymore, so I hope that means I’m getting them 🙂
For those that placed an order and it was cancelled. How did they notify you? I place an order yesterday for three things and I got one confirmation email and nothing about the other two. Just wondering how you know if you’ve been cancelled. Last week I ordered two smiley baskets to two different addresses and I got confirmation on one and not the other… but both were shipped and delivered yesterday. Wondering how you know if you were cancelled. I’m thinking no word is good? Also hoping they charge me correctly. Still haven’t seen anything on my credit card yet for any of my orders. I guess this will be the true test if this was all worth it.

I only got confirmation on the sweets frame tote set for the $7.49. I never got any confirmation on the mug and cocoa set. However, I don’t have any charges yet on my credit card for either one.
