I am not sure if anyone else had issues with the previous Bumble and Bumble order. I received mine yesterday, but only got the 2 oz. Prep and no texture stuff that was supposed to be free. I called them, and she said they had issues with that promo, but would send mine to me. It should arrive in 5-7 days. Just a head’s up if you receive that order and no texture stuff. The CS rep was very friendly!
Thanks I called them over two weeks ago and were also very nice about it. I received my order last week. I received an email saying I would get the texturizing creme in 10 business days. It’s been about 6 or 7 now and I haven’t received it. I’m also bummed because I placed two orders so I don’t know if I’ll be getting one or two but so far nothing.
I hope they follow through! I really wanted that for my hubs…he is always wanting stuff like this so he can have rockstar hair 😉

Have you tried the straight blow dry? I’d like to try the sample size but it’s out of stock at the moment.
No only the shampoo and conditioner but they help tame my hair where I can wear it without having to blow dry and straighten.

Lisa — same here. I the “free” texture was missing from my package too. I emailed customer service and they said they would mail it right out. Let’s see if they do.
I am also upset about the last order. They shipped my order w/o the free texturizing creme (and without notifying me that my order had been changed!!!). I called and she said it must of been because it was on backorder for more then 30 days. When I explained I had only ordered 10 days ago, there must be another explanation, she then looked at my order. After not being able to find an explanation she said she would email “them” about having another texturizing creme sent out, and I would get an email about it. That was on the 16th, and I still haven’t heard anything. I’ll give it another few days before I call again. But I think I will wait before I order anything from them 🙁

I wonder if they withheld the promo texturizer from the last sale to those who bought lower price items? I ordered a full size $23 spray and got the free texturizer a couple weeks ago. I also ordered a $14 hairspray and got the texturizer no problem, as well. That one arrived last week. Makes me hesitant to take advantage of this deal, since it’d only be worth it for me if I bought the $6 prep…

I got mine without ordering a full size but I ordered a shampoo to try out a 2 oz…and you really don’t have too use much shampoo about less than a quarter size and I have long hair…I am impressed with their products that now I ordered a 2 oz thickening shampoo..starting to love their products…I just have not tried the texturizer item yet.

I just got an email from them that the prep I ordered 2 hours ago is on back order. Hope I dont have issues as some have had on previous orders.
I also had the issues with not getting the texturizer which was the only reason I ordered the prep in the first place! I didn’t even get an email to notify me that I wasn’t going to get it. I got my package today and it wasn’t there so I emailed the customer service and they said they would send it right out. I dont understand why they wouldnt put it in in the first place!

aww… that sucks 🙁 Did you go through all the tissue? I chose the free gift wrap and the $6 item + free 2oz style cream were inside the bag along with the Brilliatine sample. The curl packet was wrapped within the tissue (and there was A LOT of tissue inside my box!)
