Reminder! Through December 25th, Disney Movie Rewards is offering up 5 points daily (or 15 points over weekends) that you can enter into your account! You’ll just need to visit ABC Family’s 25 Days Of Christmas home page, scroll down, and click on the Disney Movie Rewards logo… then just log into your Disney Movie Rewards account to snag your 5 points!
Plus, today ONLY you can snag a Mystery DVD for only 75 points! This selection includes G-and PG-rated titles. Each DVD reward will be randomly selected from the available inventory and may not be returned nor exchanged for another title. Limit one redemption per member. Note that this is only available to the first 5,200 and when I tried to snag one it gave me an error, so I am not sure if they are already gone?! The site is also running extremely slow for me.

I’m trying but I cant get my order through.
Warning I’ve been working on it for 2.5 hours now and still can’t get one! I’ve had no problem on the other days (I got bonus points, scooter, Ratatouli toys, toy donations this week) so I’m not sure what the problem is.

I did have to try like 10 times or so to get the dvd and somehow it finally worked for me. Took me about 15 minutes.

I can’t even get the “My DMR” page to load to know whether or not it was processed. It took my points so it better have gone through!!!!
Got the error after processing the mystery dvd, but it does show in my order history that I got it. 🙂
I just kept refreshing. I eventually checked my points redeemed and it said I got one of the dvd’s. I haven’t received an email yet. Hopefully it works!
How do you check to see if your order went through? TIA

Ok, I just checked again. The website seems to work, now. I tried redeeming the mystery DVD and gave me the message “Sorry, you have already redeemed this reward the maximum number of times. Please choose another reward.”

Apparently points expire if you don’t log in for awhile. I logged on to find I have Zero points. Not a very nice holiday surprize. So I guess this is just one of those things I will by pass in the future. It gave me a bad perception of this program.
Had that happen to me once too (same thing happeded with My Coke Rewards) you have to have activity every so often or they take the points back. So sorry to hear you had that experiece today:(
You may have other Disney accounts, like I did for my kids’ online games. Hit the link that says something like these are not my points. It will send you an email to see any other accounts. All my points and online movie copies were on another account.
