I’ve had nothing but problems with shopathome. I have several missing cash backs I am supposed to have received, and when I contacted them about a sheet set I received back in November, I never received any contact back. I ordered a king size sheet set, and received all in new packaging, a king flat sheet with a QUEEN fitted sheet, plus I did not get any WILD cash back as I was supposed to. I cannot even find a phone number on their website to contact them, only e-mail. So if they don’t e-mail back, I am left to call my credit card company. Not very good business practice!

At least 40% of my Shop At Home transactions are not posted and I have to submit an inquiry. But when I’m not getting a response in a timely manner, I email Annette and she’s all over it.

I was unimpressed with Shop at home as well – I have great success with ebates – I had to email shopathome and wait for my cash back to be credited to my account- I am going to get to $20 and close that account.
Agreed, I don’t like that they make you wait until you have $20 to get a check, and I don’t like that you could wait as much as 30 days for a transaction to post, and then you have to wait another 60 days for it to be a verified. THEN you have to wait for their check date before you can get your money. I’ve been a member since August and still haven’t gotten a penny.

I wish I liked Sparkle, but they just aren’t good paper towels IMHO.
I just got some (delivered 🙂 ) from Staples from the last “hip” post and I think they are just fine. I’m not a connisseur of paper towels and I’m not real picky, so if you are, then don’t take my word for it lol. These are just fine for me to use for a quick wipe or to dry a pot or my hands, etc. If I hadn’t just bought the last deal, then I would be jumping on this one. But no more room to store 30 more rolls 🙂

Was this “wild deal” only available yesterday? I’m looking & don’t see that through Shop at Home. 🙂 We REEEEEEEALLY need to good deal on paper towels & I have a Staples coupon. Oh … pleeeeeeease tell me I didn’t miss this deal. LOL
I ended up just using my discovercard shopathome to get a 5% cashback bonus. It also showed that the Hefty trash bags were back in stock. 🙂 I just received a staples reward email today, had a $25.00/75 so I got some paper towels & trash bags.
