My last order getting a “deal” at drugstore.com ended up with them cancelling my order and never letting me know it was cancelled or why it was cancelled. I am not impressed with their Customer Service!
My last and only order did not go well. First they did not honor the coupon I checked and then they did not ship the BOGO (was a coupon). I never did get it resolved and wasn’t impressed with their customer service either.

When you look at your cart make sure you do the math. If something is only showing at 40% off it means that the coupon you clipped is the same for 2 products so the coupon discount only applied to one. I think there are 2 2$ coupons and a 1$ coupon available (you can find them at the right corner of the website banner and search through coupons and sales if you really want to get the biggest discount in as many products as possible).

My cart is showing the discount until I get to the payment part, and then everything is jumping back up in price! I had my order around $16 but when I go to checkout it’s almost $30! What am I doing wrong?!
it did this to me too I called the company and they said it is because it came from a coupon site they do not have to honor it and just because it showed in my cart doesn’t mean anything she said I can’t cancel my order either but I can send it back when it comes for a full refund. this was my first time ordering from them and I will never do it again!!!!

i had this problem the other week, if you go ahead and put in your credit card info for some reason it will let you check out. it wouldnt however let me use paypal…i had a $0 balance too, and it made no sense to me, but i was determined! LOL! 🙂

It’s 12% with Ebates, but how do you get your prices to stay low. Mine bump back up when I go through the Ebates link…even after I originally had my cart discounted. 🙁 I don’t think you can get both.
I dont think you can get both either. As soon as I clicked on any of the cashback sites, it removed the 40% off.
This is how I got ebates to work on this deal:
I first went to ebates and opened the window to the site and left that window open. I then clicked on Colin’s link in a new window and added the items to my cart. Then I went back to the ebates window and the items were in my cart and the discounted prices remained all the way through Paypal checkout. But I never did figure out how to use the coupons eventhough I read all the comments here.

Excema can occur with an allergen present, in dd’s case, dairy and soy ellevate her excema. Their products contain both soy and dairy, so I steer clear. I do, however, use plain Quaker, or store brand, oats and use that in place of soap on her during baths. Just grab a bit in ur palm wet slightly and rub like soap. Good luck.
How did you find out it has dairy and soy? My dd was recently diagnosed with eczema and food allergies and I try and check all ingredients- I didn’t see anything on the back of the baby eczema tube. Where should I looking or how else did you find out? Thanks!

Ahh, I have not tried the baby soothing relief moisture cream. I’ve only used the eczema therapy moisturizer cream, and that does not have milk or soy protein listed. I’ll be sure to read the aveeno ingredients on all their products just in case. Thanks again!
My son has eczema and he is 7 & 1/2 months old. I have been using the Aveeno light blue capped products on him for about one month and I’ve seen a huge difference in his skin. His eczema has cleared up a lot – I was really impressed. Normally these products are really expensive, but thanks again to Collin – I’m saving big bucks!

I have had eczema on my hands since I was very little. I have tried everything and finally tried Aveeno Baby lotion and it is the only thing that has worked!! Even better than the steroid creams I get prescribed to me. I prefer the dark blue cap (Soothing Relief Moisture Cream) since it is a bit thicker. How do you stop rudeness and harassment by using your coupons? Especially when it says four total and you have your kids to go through another line. A target manager got extremely rude and smart with me as was leaving and told me I will be at the store again tomorrow when you come. He even followed me out the door and stated if you have anything to say….say it to me in my FACE!

dont bother calling that number…the 2 people i spoke to when i called the other day were beyond useless…send an email and tell them you want the address of the corporate offices. thats what i did and i will be mailing them a letter! hope that helps! my target is super friendly, they just run out of stuff that is not acceptable to me to run out of too often. I would try to speak with the direct manager of that particular store. This person has got to have a boss. Talk to another manager on a different day (without mentioning why) and ask for whom you can speak to that is the direct manager of shift managers. The customer service on the phone is notoriously rude and not customer friendly. Don’t linger too much on your coupon use (you were not doing anything wrong after all), but on the specific words and attitude of that manager. He needs to get fired. There are too many deserving people out of a job. Good luck!

Once I am at the checkout and signed in to Shoprunner, it tells me that my items are not eligible for Free Shipping, and the checkout box is gray. HELP
Only certain items were eligible for two day shipping…it should say with the product when you add it to your cart. If it doesn’t indicate it is eligible than you have to remove it for the rest of the eligible items to ship in the two days…hope that helps!

Perfect! I was running low on my body wash stock pile and my husband loves this stuff since he has sensitive skin. I love it too because I am pregnant and its natural, smells great and nourishing. We use the moisturizing body wash in the green bottle.

Try getting it from amazon, it is half the price you would normally find it in stores. make sure you clip the coupon and use subscribe and save for free shipping and to lower the cost. I ordered the eczema cream this way, also ordered positively radiant moisturizer by aveeno from dh account, used the coupon and it was also over 50% off the target price.
