Isn’t Kroger’s Mega Event in quantaties of 10?

    • Anna

Often, yes. This time, it’s 5. I’ve even seen 4 once or twice.

      • Michelle

Really? Must be a regional difference. This ad, my Kroger says 10.

        • guest24

          Mine too in Houston.

    • dawn

Yes but even if you just pick up these to items they would be free because they would be 4.99 without buying 10.

      • Debbie

I will fill in my order with more FREE Melita filters, Kleenex Cool Tocuh and the 16 cent Balance bars! WOO HOO!

    • gardengirl

My ad says the mega event quantaties are multiplies of 10, the differences must be a regional thing.

    • Elizabeth Crigger Tavarez

Will Kroger take a $5.00 internet coupon?

    • Caroline

Yes ,Kroger will take them ( at least mine does). You can call the store beforehand to confirm with your store.

    • ella

Kroger’s policy is that they only accept cents off IP coupons which means no IP coupons over $1

      • Leslie

Ummm…No, that just means they don’t take free item printed coupons…

  16. Marissa

    77573 just printed some!

  17. Karin

My Kroger affiliate store requires for 10 qualifying purchase, but they have SunnyD or other items we buy with coupons, so no problem! Can’t wait to tell my hubby about this!! Thanks for sharing the info! 🙂

    • renay

If anyone doesnt want their coupon for any reason, I’d be happy to send you postage if you sent them to me! thx ks19881968@hotmail.c o m

  18. Megan

The coupon is visible but it will not print. 🙁

    • Tandy

Just happened to me too. Yuck!

    • Valarie

      Same here.

    • Ashley

      Same here!

  19. ella

Kroger’s policy is that they only accept cents off IP coupons which means no IP coupons over $1 🙁

    • heather

Wal- Mart will price match it for $4.49 🙂

      • ella

Yes and also Martin’s (if you have one) will take IP up to $5

    • PG

I’m afraid you’ve misunderstood what “cents-off” means. It means they’ll accept a coupon for a specific dollar amount off a purchase. Some regions’ Kroger stores don’t allow the use of IP coupons that are B1G1 free, outright free, etc. They’re making that distinction between money off and other kinds of coupons.

      • ella

I did not misunderstand, I have spoken MANY times in past with MANY store managers and Corporate and NO one Kroger in my area takes IP coupons over $1 that is the reason that I STOP shopping at Kroger 🙁 Maybe your Kroger pushes it through but not here

        • Princessbooboo

Hmm… That is odd because when I talked to the manager at Dillons near my place, they said they will take coupons over $1. I just used coupons that were like $2/1 something. Maybe it is up to store managers’ decision.

  20. Missie B.

I’m going to combine this with the $2.00 Digiorno coupons I got a while back and have been waiting for a good deal to use them on.

  21. Lauri

Boo hoo…Say’s it’s printing but never does.

    • Elissa Jones

      Same here! frustrating!!

    • Stephanie

Mine too! It’s not saying I’ve reached my limit…just isn’t printing. Hmmm, wonder if it was a mistake and they are correcting it.

    • renee

      Same for me:(

  22. heather

    GONE 🙁

  23. sara

I just went to Walmart and had a lot of coupons only 2 of the coupons scanned even though they had verified each and every one on the veri-fi site, The other ones beeped .The coupons do not state a limit but apparently there is one.

  24. Ann Dee

Darn. Didn’t work for all the zips listed. Must be gone. If you’re not going to use yours I can pay for postage to mail it to me. Thanks. anndee15@yahoo.com

  25. sara

Oh and even though they had scanned and showed as taking away the money on the screen, they did not take anything off. They return all of them to me since they verify as legit.

  26. Dolores

I agree its says printing and it does not.

  27. Abby

No more coupons for this 🙁

  28. Debbie

    Gone.
    I only got 2 🙁

  29. beto

went to walmart not going through they did not want to take they because they didnt scan.:(

  30. Melody

I couldnt get mine to print either … By the time I got my printer going the coupon went missing. UGGH!!! Anyway, my Kroger wouldnt probably take it anyway. They have come down hard on coupons over 1.00..

  31. Katherine

I did not get any and was just on my way to Dominick’s (Safeway) …oh well. 🙁

  32. autumn

    thank you!such a great deal:)

  33. Melody

Just called my Kroger and they told me they will not take the coupon because it is “too good to be true” ????? Has anyone tried to use this coupon at Kroger?

    • Ann

I used it at my Kroger through self checkout and it scanned fine!

  34. squarejellybean

I can’t find the coupon with the two zip codes any others?
    Could it be gone?

  35. Christie

Kroger will not take an internet printed coupon that makes an item less than half of it’s value. Therefore, I doubt they would take this item since it would be “free”. I found this out while using an internet printed “buy 1 get 1 free coupon”. When I wrote to corporate about it, they gave me the explanation that it wasn’t accepted due to the item being given away as less than half its value.

    • Becky

I buy tuna pouches at Dillons (Kroger affiliate) when they are on sale for $1 and use the $.50 off coupon that doubles tom $1 all the time. This makes the item free. Maybe there is a difference between Dillons & Kroger?

      • Christie

I’m not sure about Safeway, we don’t have those where I live. Only know this to be true with Kroger. Now I’m extra careful whenever I use IP coupons at Kroger.

      • Christie

        Sorry, I mean Dillons.

    • Shayla

Christie, I have had the same issue at our Kroger with the Beechnut coupons from couponnetwork. I’ve about quit shopping at Kroger because I do 90% of my shopping with internet coupons and everytime I get a “new” policy from them about IPs!

    • Laura

They told me the same thing Christie.

      • Sue M.

I shopped and used coupons at a Kroger Affiliate (Smith’s) for over 14 years. I did at least over 90% of my shopping there. A few months ago ( and I emailed Collin), that there was a new cashier I’d never seen before. She would not take my internet printed coupons. She told me that they were considered “photocopies”. I had $36 worth of groceries, and only 4 $1 coupons, on different items. Really ticked me off. I actually brought items back within the week and told the Customer Service why I was bringing the items back for a refund. She called the Mgr. As I told both of them, it was not like I was doing “extreme couponing”….and that I had been shopping there out of all the groc. stores here for over 14 years. This is a small town, and they both recognized me. They apologized, and told me that if I EVER had a problem again, using internet printed coupons, to call for one of them. I had also contacted Corporate, and got an unsatisfactory response. I really think it depends on the Mgr., and the individual Kroger Store. Honestly, I don’t shop there as much anymore, but when I do, I’ve not had a problem using any coupon. I’ve not had any problems at Safeway, Wal-Mart, or Bashas, so Smith’s lost some of my vote, which equals $$.

        • Christie

Glad you went back. You shouldn’t be made to feel like you’re using coupons incorrectly/illegally.

  36. susie

Has anyone in the NW tried the coupon at a QFC? It’s a Kroger company, but I’ve never had any problems with them accepting coupons regardless of the amount on an IP coupon.

  37. Annie

    Yeah not seeing it 🙁

  38. Susan

I just used 4 of these at my Kroger and it worked fine. I bought 6 other items on the Mega sale and received overage of $2.04 for buying the charcoal! Thanks so much for posting this deal.

    • sara

Did they scan through? I used them at 2 different stores and they did not work.

  39. amy

so will they scan since the don’t have the usual barcode. last time I tried to use a coupon with a bar code like this one it didn’t scan.

  40. Susan

    They scanned fine for me.

    • beto

what store did u use the coupon at?

  41. squarejellybean

Aww really wanted these coupons, my Vons has them on sale. If anyone finds the coupons anywhere else can u please post it. 🙂 thanks

  42. amy wood

I also just used 2 of them at my Louisville Kroger with no problems at all! Thanks Collin!!!!

  43. sara

Anyone have them work at a store other than Kroger? Mine is adamant about not allowing a high value internet coupon, even if it’s printed from kroger.com.

  44. Tiffany

Anyone have a zip that you can still get a coupon for?

  45. Cheryl

I wasn’t able to get the coupon with the zip code provided, not listed anymore for me! : (

  46. Jen

Just used mine at Kroger in AL with no problem. As a bonus, my charcoal had a $1 off ANY meat purchase peelie coupon on the bag. I got charcoal and polish sausage for $2.20.

  47. Jacklyn

If anybody can spare one of these coupons my husband loves this charcoal but it is just expensiveif you could spare one and mail it to me i would appreciate it my email is byrdnjacklyn2317@yahoo.com thanks in advance 🙂

  48. katie a

I just got 2 bags at Walgreens here in Ca. After coupon they were .99 each! Thank you Collin and team!!!!

    • Cherilyn

Did the coupon scan ok at Walgreens even with the single bar code? Any beeps?

  49. nicole Bennett

collin, was there a limit to how many the company wanted to allow to print? i got mine but the coupons are gone so my co-workers could not see them to print them. Just wondering.

  50. Lindsay Craven

If anyone has any extra/won’t use/etc, please shoot me an email at lmcbingham@gmail.com — I’d be happy to trade other coupons you might be interested in (I don’t use a lot of mine since there’s only two people in my household) and pay postage!!! I want to get a couple bags for my father who’s on medicaid….but is too stubborn to use the gas grill we got him!!! He says if it’s not on charcoal, it might as well have been cooked in the microwave!!! LOL

    • Sue M.

I have to laugh, because I have a gas grill also, but won’t use anything but charcoal. I only got one coupon, and if I can somehow get an extra one, I’d be happy to send it to you!
