I received my order in two seperate shipments, but Kind tote with samples was not included. I never received any emails stating that the Kind tote was cancelled. I will not be shopping at Drugstore.com any more, and I certainly will not recommend them to any of my friends or family!
I never received my kind bag either. Poor customer service, offered nothing. Will not order from them again. Very annoyed by this.
