I’m pretty unhappy with ShopatHome… I just checked my account, and have NEVER gotten the cash back that I expected! I have several orders, including WILD cash back reward orders, that are over one month old, and nothing to show for it. I hope they don’t rip people off regularly. I wrote to them. Ebates has ALWAYS given me my cash back.
I was just going to post the same thing….my wild cash back purchases are not showing. I’m newer to shopathome but am hesitant to use it anymore…
I’ve done several of these deals before and never had an issue with cash showing in my account. In fact if I remember right it shows up quicker then I expected. Hope it works out for you guys! Great opportunities!
I actually have better experiences with Shopathome. My cash backs are always on time. On the other hand, I always have to contact ebates as they have missed crediting me many times.
I as well have yet to get any cash back from shopathome.com but I have not reached the required $20 balance to get the cash back yet. I am close but not quite there.
Casey, if u do not see your rewards in the 30 day time frame, just email them. They usually need info like the date ordered, order number and the tracking info (the click number when u go to the site from shopathome). I have had to do this only a few times. As long as I had all the info they credited my account quickly. Most of the time I get my rebates though. Just make sure u keep all the info when u order something and give it at least 30 days
Ebates is the same way. It can take up to 2 weeks for your order to post and if you dont wait, you’ll think its missing. Its not. You just jumped the gun. That’s what happened to me. It drove me crazy emailing them and then I finally figured out I had to be patient and VOILA. Now Im totally happy with Ebates.

This is what my confirmation after checkout looked like. When I went to check out it went up to the 1.99 price and then the .50 came of on the payment page as a coupon.
I had been wondering when they were going to do another good WILD deal like this. I had to pay .10 sales tax, but that is ok because if u buy this and get it free after coupon at a store, u still pay sales tax. I am expecting my first check from shopathome.com. Should be mailed by the end of the month.

How much money to have to have on your ShopAtHome account before they send a check, and will they send it automatically when I reach that balance or will I need to request a check?
ShopAtHome.com rebate checks are mailed monthly, within 90 days of item purchase, as long as you haven’t returned the product to the store, and you have a minimum balance of $20 in your ShopAtHome.com account.
I love free items but this is not a very “green” way of doing things. Doesn’t anyone feel guilty? I do. The item may be free to us but Staples uses a box and manpower to handle and ship the item, then UPS makes a delivery of 1 small box with 1 bottle of handsoap. I ordered the paper towels last time because it was a good price and no shipping. I felt so guilty because I could easily pick these up at a local store. The price was good but not great. Sorry…just my thoughts.
I’ve thought about this….but then things you buy at the store are also loaded on a truck and shipped to the store, so it may not be much greener. I try to balance it out by making a lot of food purchases in the spring/summer at my local farmers market…the stuff grown is locally and therefore not shipped very far.
I emailed them about three different orders that were never paid out, all from last year. I’m just going to watch carefully from now on and write myself reminder emails to make sure I get credited.

i e-mailed them as they just gave me .06 cents crazy and always happens with shop at home
Same thing here. This happened to me one other time. I filled out the form on their website and got my cashback credited to my account within a couple days. I’m going to give it another two weeks with this one though, sometimes it takes awhile.
