   Off topic but I have been meaning to tell you I made the Almond Flour Herb Crackers & they are really good! I had them w/a artichoke & garlic spread I got from the store! Yummy! Also I have some still leftover & I have been putting 1 or 2 at a time in a baggie & breaking them into very small pieces & putting them on top of salad! Really good! Thanks for the recipe! 🙂

    Aw, darn – I got all excited until I realized they were for little girls. I’m a huge Hello Kitty fan – in fact I’m wearing a Hello Kitty nightie from Avon that shrunk and I wear it as a pajama top right now! >^..^<
