I just ordered these for my uncle who is raising his grandson who is 18 months old. They said they are used these and they are fine. I got 4 packs of diapers and a small pack of wipes with shipping and tax for $16.28!! That is $4.07 a pack and free wipes… I only got the 50ct of DG wipes but still a great deal!!
I did not care for them. Very stiff, run small and my little boy leaked a lot in them. I just bought 2 packs of the jumbo Luvs 52ct at $12 each and a pack of the DG 64ct wipes for $17.07 with tax. At Target they usually run $17 for 92ct.
I don’t know what they are like, but read a few positive reviews (there were also a couple of negative ones, but it seemed there were more positive than negative ones) when I searched online for dollar general diaper reviews. I ordered 4 packs of jumbo diapers and a pack of wipes too and I sure am hoping the diapers work well. I paid around $16 for 128 size 4 diapers and a pack of wipes.

My pregnancy brain is NOT working. :/ I needed size 4’s for my 2 yo – they come in 52 ct packs for $12 – am I looking at a comparable deal? I can’t figure this out. Deal shopping is hard with a hormone juiced brain. *cry* 🙁
I am looking at the same thing for my 18 month old. The price per diaper is cheaper for the 52 pk versus the smaller pack that they are either out of or dont offer in a size 4. I got 2 packages of the 52 count diapers and a DG 216 count baby wipes and the total was $18.50. A really good deal for 104 diapers and wipes! I just hope Luvs diapers are good, I haven’t tried them before 🙂

IMO Luvs are comparable to Pampers Baby dry. They’re both made by PG and are practically the same if you look at them together. We use them interchangeably with no problems.
The DG I was at scanned the $10 off first and then my manufacturer coupons and it didnt work he said it had to be $25 before my other coupons…did anyone else have this problem?
It should have worked, I seem to have problems alot using coupons at DG, because their registers are wierd with ringing up the DG coupons and I don’t think their cashiers are very educated on coupons. They are to scan your DG coupon first, same as the $5 of $25 they have every other weekend, in fact it usually states on the coupon for the cashier to ring it up this way. I did two of the diaper deals today and had no problems, I bought 3 packs of Pampers, gave her the $10 cpn, and then my 3 man. cpns. Your total has to be $25 only for the Dollar General coupon to work, not to be rude but I don’t think the cashier that was waiting on you knew what he was doing. Sometimes they have problems scanning internet coupons at DG because the register tries to scan the wrong bar code, they just have to cover up one of the bar codes for it to scan the correct one. Don’t be afraid to tell the cashier they are wrong, in a nice way of course 🙂

Not sure if DG wipes are good, but if you buy 6 packs it comes out to a little over $0.01 per wipe. Just thought I would throw that out there.
I went to my store this morning and did two transactions first one I got 19 items (8 stocking caps $0.50 each, and 11 gray & blue dot clearance items that were suppose to be $2 each) After the manager had issues taking off the internet coupon he went back through and priced everything down manually. He said he knew he gave me more than the $10 off but didnt mind because I was buying clearance items. My total for the 19 items ended up only being $10.18! Then I got 3pks of Huggies size 5 diapers for my neices, first total $33.70 after $10Q & mfgQs total for 3pks was $19.01.

If you like Luvs and have a Family Dollar store around instead like I do, Family dollar has an in store coupon on their flyer for $5 off $25 in net purchases (after coupons). They have 82ct boxes of Luvs on sale for $15. I bought two boxes (164 diapers total) and only paid $25 after the in store coupon making them $0.15 per Luvs diaper which is just a penny better than the Dollar General Luvs deal. 🙂

I had to opposite problem…i ordered 3 packs of diapers and 1 wipes and only got the diapers and they charged me full price for the 3 packs…no $10 off!!!
