After doing so, you’ll be able to print your reward card.
Then, to find out whether your card is worth $10 off a $50 purchase, $50, $100, or $500 (wouldn’t that be nice?!) just redeem during checkout online or in-store or by calling customer care at 1-800-411-5116, valid to use through April 30, 2012.
Hurry, as there will only be a total of 1,000 Secret Rewards cards given away today. If you’re not lucky enough today, you can try again tomorrow (and every day through April 15th) at Noon EST. The number of cards given away each day varies as can be seen in the diagram below…

I’m sure it’s like last time where it is one card per person. If u happen to get another one they just gave you the same code u were given last time.

mine had me enter the info then said “we are FRESHENING UP?” what does that mean? refreshed it again and it said theyre gone

I clicked right away, had all my info filled out and got a bunch of code. When I refreshed, it said there were problems, then refreshed again and said they were gone. Bummer!

Got to the form but it didn’t have a blank for age or state, so it wouldn’t let me submit and by the time I reloaded the page, they were already gone! Guess I will try again tomorrow!

Same here! I started filling out at 12 on the dot but couldn’t fill out the age or state and when i got to the bottom i couldn’t see the security thing i was supposed to type in. 🙁

You don’t print the form, if you were among the first 1000 – they will either email you a coupon for $10 off a purchase of $50 or more or a rewards code that will be for $50, $100 or $500.
What is the message you get when you win??? I got an error first, then i was able to submit the form and the message was Thanks for Registering. You are now one step closer. Remember to come back every day at noon bla bla. So I spent all this time waiting just to get registered? I am so confused 🙂

how do we all know that our clocks are the same??
You can set your computer clock to official world time – almost every computer clock is set by that time and then people watch the seconds for it to be 11:59 and start refreshing til the form comes up.

I signed on at EXACTLY 12 to click the ‘get one now’ button. It made me enter my info again (even though I did this previously), but it all auto-filled so that only took a sec. I clicked submit and it said they were ‘freshening up’. I clicked refresh and they were gone. I’ve NEVER been able to get one of these! Very frustrating.
That’s CRAZY, it kept telling me to correct my e-mail, but I was entering the right one……Then I get a message that they are gone?!
I have to think there was some kind of error because no one here had any luck. I mean at least one person should have gotten through. I was there from 11:55 and I never saw anything but the page saying they were gone. Hmmmmm
