You are allowed to add more than one shade of each of the samples. I got 11 different shades between the matte and original. Great for gifts! Add those to the other 2 samples, the lipliners, and the brush, that’s 15 items + 2 sample packets for $14.58 (paid sales tax in MA). Awesome deal!
When I try to add more shades it says “limit one shade per order”.
Are you clicking on each different color name and then adding it to your cart? Maybe try refreshing the page. I was able to complete checkout with all of those in my cart.
DId you get all 11 different shades? My order was canceled (twice). Customer service said I was abusing their policy of ONLY TWO shades of any kind. She said I shouldn’t be getting a generous sample supply since I only spent $14-something. I guess that makes sense. Just wondering if yours went through.
I just got a shipping notice today. It did list all 11 of my samples in the shipping confirmation so hopefully I get them! When my package comes in I will update again.
I managed to get all 6 shades I ordered, and I only paid $9.95 (I had a $5 gift card from before). Just recieved them today, and the brushes seem to have gotten bigger than last time…

I added 14 samples with brush to my cart (you have to choose 14 different shades or original and Matte mixtures) and the FREE Eyeliner from signing up for the newsletter (use the link in the email they send you and it adds to cart then you can go through shop at home after). added the PukerUp code for the Lip Brush and added my three lipliners as well. All this for $14.93 Shipped! nice deal and gifts for friends to try out. Oh and I got them two other samples Colin mentioned above.

Were you able to get 14 samples? My order has been canceled twice. The lady told me that for the $14-something I was paying, I shouldn’t be getting all these samples. Just curious if anyone else’s order came through. I’ll just have to reorder with only two samples of any shade.

In the past, you posted another awesome deal, but they ran out of stock of the product. I ended up getting just the product 3 weeks later with no samples. I had to return because I was really hoping to get some awesome freebies. Hope you guys order it quick or cancel when they e-mail you and tell you its temporarily of stock. I don’t want you guys disappointed in your box like I was.
I use the darker shades as eyeshadows. I learned this trick years ago when my dog chewed my brushes and the starter kits came with the brushes for the same price as the foundation and they only had darker shades.

Did anyone receive more than two different shades of samples? My order was canceled twice. I called the 2nd time and was told I was abusing the policy. Customer Service said it stated in bold red letters that no more than two samples could be added (I wasn’t logged on while I was talking to her so I wasn’t sure). I just checked: “Limit of one per shade, per order. Duplicate samples of single shade product cannot be selected.” The lady said for the $14-something amount I was paying I shouldn’t be getting much. She wasn’t exactly friendly. This is my 1st time dealing with BE. I usually use BellaPierre, but was hoping to try this and save money. Perhaps BP is worth the extra cost for excellent customer service.
Update from previous comment: Bare Escentuals sent me a shipment notice. I talked to a very pleasant and helpful customer service rep on the phone today (about a separate question). Looks like my full order is on the way. Can’t wait to try their products.

I have received the wrong color lipliner twice….Today I was told the color I ordered “perfect nude” has the same product # as “nude’, and perfect nude does not exist, although there is a picture of it on their website. Also that I would not receive a refund or additional lipliners to replace the 6 wrong ones I have received (all are ‘nude’) until I send the products back, and pay for shipping myself. I have been a customer for 7 years….Shame on you Bare Escentuals….and the customer service rep, Shari (sp?) who kept me on the phone for almost 30 minutes, on hold. I have never had bad customer service or a negative experience with this company before. So disappointed!
