    Just spent an hour trying to get it all to work…D3 vitamins are not a “free shipping with this item now”…cheapest one on that list is at least $10. Never got the email with the $10 promo code…so frustrating. Called customer service and just sat on hold forever & never got through. I did get to put in hip2save@yahoo.com as a referral, so hopefully you might get something out of my efforts… i gave up…very frustrated at my loss of time for nothing. Bummer.

      You have to buy the vitamins to get the free shipping! Reread the post! If you click on the homepage of visacost and watch the adds it will tell you what to do. Hope this helps

    Last time this was posted I signed up for the first time, got my code, used it. Then the next day was notified that they were cancelling my order b/c they did not have adequate supply. I was unable to reuse the promo code and when I emailed them – several times – crickets. Terrible service. Sounds great… if it works!

    Something is wrong with the Vitacost website. I was able to print out the order summary right after I gave them my PayPal info. I paid with PayPal but now I do not see the transaction on Paypal and I am not able to review the paid order on my account. There are still items in my cart now. I guess I will wait and see what happens.

    Fyi, if you try to set up a new acct with a new email, it wont work . It must go bt the name, which you cant change because it will have to match your card info, so i just gave them my other email address for nothing.

    This deal is awesome, but I’m not getting it, because last time I used this website, I had some charges on my credit card right after, on items I did not purchase. I don’t trust the website anymore. I had to cancel my credit card, get a new one, and finally I got my money back. It is frustrating when someone else is spending your money…

    Thanks! I got the vitamin D, paper towels, and a bar of rose soap. If anyone is looking for fillers that are less than $1, there are some Thai Kitchen noodle soups and bars of soap that are great to get the most out of the $10. 🙂

    Signed up twice, no emails. There was no ‘click here’ button when i wenr thru referral link. It just showed their home page. So i went to the log in/ register and entered my info and it just took me to an accts page. No thanks for signing up. Wth?
