Is Supreme 90 a copy cat version of P90X? It’s based on the same principle of muscle confusion, as well as the principle of clean eating. It’s similar but different. I love these workouts! They are tough and pack a lot into 30-40 minutes. I never thought I could get a thorough workout it less than an hour, but these workouts have convinced me that I can.
After 20 years of jogging, curls, v-ups and pull-ups, I got bored and bought these videos. They are 10 half-hour sessions of grueling calisthenics and weight lifting. I love them! I’m on day 70 and I know I will be doing them for years. I was in good shape to begin with but now I’m in the best shape of my life at 45. Better aerobically and far better in strength. Dang! I’ve never had a physique like this before!
I am one of those guys that graduated from the P90X program, so when I heard about this program, it peacked my interest. I mainly wondered if it was good as P90X, and if the exercises were different. I’m in my 3rd month, and I can honestly say this program rocks. I’ve noticed some big differences in my body. The workouts themselves are shorter..maybe around 35-40 minutes..but that’s mainly because they go from exercise to exercise without taking any breaks.

I’m currently doing this program and I love it! I love that there are so many different workouts included, and even though I bought it for around $20, it was still a great deal!
Is this type of workout more to get ripped, or can you also use it to lose weight?
My SIL is doing the p90 program and she looks fabulous! Her arms & legs are tone and she’s lost several inches from her waist. She still has a small pooch in her belly (I guess from her C-Sections) , but overall she is very pleased. She thought she was going to bulk up like a wrestler, but that is not the case. After she finishes, I’m going to do the program b/c she is moving on to Insanity. One thing I’ve heard from everyone is that you really have to follow and stick to the eating plan, but she cheats every now and then and as long as she’s working out, can afford the extra calories.

I went ahead & got one based on the positive amazon reviews & great price. I had my 2nd child 10 months ago & need something to help me get back into a workout routine.
I’m currently doing P90X and it is definitely working for me. I am finishing up Phase 1 and I have already lost about 5 pounds and have added a bunch of muscle mass. If this is anything like P90X it is definitely worth the buy.
I’d like to do P90x, but the price is hard for my budget right now. I am however, watching the free full length workout videos on Fitnessblender.com. They have strength, interval, pilates, cardio, boot camp and other videos, altogether about 80. Some of them are really hard, but after 4 kids I need to get in shape!

I have done these workouts (I got it on clearance at Target) and P90X many times. This is definitely a knock off of P90X, but the workouts are okay. If you really want to change your body though, I would recommend spending the extra money on P90X either from their website or ebay. You will definitely get better workouts and better results 🙂
i totally agree mindy plus with my p90x workouts i have a coach and she helps me on days where i do not feel like pushing the play button so i will pay the extra to get the extra
I’ve tried p90x and never buckled down with the workouts. The people on screen intimidated me more than motivated me. I was able to stick with the cardio workout by p90x but the equipment you needed for strength training… it just wasn’t possible. I’m excited to try this as it has 2 cardio tapes!
I have used this a little bit. I loved it at first and it got me stronger than I have been in my life but I started to get board with it and discontinued using it but do other exercises to stay strong. overall it was really great and I felt great using it and it can grow with you as you get stronger all you need is heavier weights.

But I know there will come a time when I get bored and also need to incorporate muscle confusion to keep getting gains — I expect that will hit right around the time winter weather prevents me from doing anything outside so I’ll have these DVDs to tide me over until spring. I too have been waiting for this. It would have been nice to receive an email update to let us know there was a delay. This is the first and probably last time I will order from them.
