Awesome! I’m ordering some random things for ‘prizes’ for when my daughter gets 3 stickers on her good behavior chart (turns out that the terrible two’s are NOT a myth!). I found 50pc sets of 2011 fun bands that glow in the dark for .49! Obviously they’re outdated and the reviews say they break easily, but I think that the fact that they glow makes them worth the penny a piece.

If you have Shoprunner, Celebrate Express (and Birthday/Costume Express, they all use the same checkout) is great because you can order just one thing and have it shipped free, they don’t seem to exclude inexpensive items the way other sites do. I’ve also had good luck buying things at Shindigz before, they are similar to Oriental Trading but have different items.
I was going to order some invitations for my daughter’s first birthday that is this coming December. Does anyone have any suggestions for ordering/making 30 invitations that they might have done for their child’s birthday?
I LOVE vistaprint for invitations. We’ve used them for our daughter’s 1st birthday and plan to use again for her 2nd. We’ve also used them for showers amd wedding invites. They look do beautiful and it’s so nice having them pre-printed with all the info about the party. Since your party is still a little bit away, try keeping an eye out for free shipping from them when it comes available. They almost always at anytime have invitations at least 50% off their normal pricing. You just have to go through some place like “retail me not. com” to get the 50% off.
Also, check out Dollar Tree’s online store. They sell various birthday themes for boys and girls and you can get 10 count invitations for $1.00 (The ones you write the information on). Then have them delivered to your nearest Dollar Tree Store for free shipping for pick up
