Does anyone know when it expires? is it Dec 31st of this year? Thank you!

A quote from a comment on slickdeals, “Most coupons expire on 11/1/2012. Some books expire on 10/1/2012, such as Puerto Rico. Only national and travel coupons are valid after 11/1/2012.” At least that is what that person said…

is it worth it….any opinions will count…i live in orlando

I think it’s worth it even this late in the year. I think they run from like $20 to 30 a year. Somthing to keep in mind is always having the book in your car. Any unplanned stops like restaurants, etc is when you get the most savings.

We’re not near any major city, and I’ve seen our local Walgreens selling one that’s not specific to a region. Can’t find that one to buy!

For those who have gotten the book before…Over all, is it REALLY worth getting? Or is it mostly only mediocre coupons that you forget about aside from one or two small freebies?

    • Laura

I have bought it for probably 10 years and it’s ALWAYS worth it.

In the Atlanta book most of the restaurants included a November 01, 2012 expiration date and most retail had a December 31, 2012 expiration date. I guess this is because the 2013 books will be for sale around November or December sometime.
Also there was a $5 Kroger coupon that I used at Publix. I have a book for Orlando somewhere around. I believe the expiration dates are similar.

Bummer. The one in my area is sold out. Oh well.

I’m in a rural away not near any big cities. I checked for deals near me, like Collin suggested, & it shows these deals near me:
“$15 at Vanity Shops, 20% off entire purchase at Payless ShoeSource, FREE Maid-Rite sandwich, 20% off at Goodys”.
These are just the ones within 20-miles. Not bad for $8. 🙂

Also, you can click “VIEW LIST OF ALL DEALS” at the bottom of the gray key box on the right side of the page after picking your area to see if it’s worth purchase for you. 😉

ebates has a 17.5% rebate. Yes, it is worth it to buy. I usually buy one at the beginning of the year and one around now when they are greatly discounted. The free fast food coupons without purchases are great. Also, if you can find even one normal restaurant with a buy one get one free coupon, it is worth the money and everything else is just a bonus.

It’s important to check out the deals near you. It didn’t have any deals for my entire state!
