  For all of these Target samples I just start the survey, it freezes, so I refresh the window and then it works just fine.

   It is typical that the Target sample request page does this. just exit out of the page then go back to it… that works for me no matter what browser I am using.

   I didn’t read the comments before answering no to the first question about using more than one detergent. I refreshed the page and then answered yes and was able to complete request. Thanks!

    I am getting this error :Sorry, we’re unable to verify your address with USPS. Please look it over, resubmit and we’ll continue the order process.
    Does anyone have the same problem ?

  I get that message if I don’t put SE at the end of my street address. It has to do with the “official” name of the street.
