The voucher with the code for half off depot would be not whats redeemable in store. You would use it to redeem the offer and then they would send you the gift card.

No, it is an actual physical gift card that is mailed to your home. Once you make the purchase, you will receive a unique code. You will then go to http://www.halfoffdepot.com/redemption, enter the code and the gift card will be mailed to your house.

I got the email and tried to redeem the code and it said my code was not valid.
This site is very, very slow. I did this last week. I received a confirmation number by email, but I am having a hard time verifying my address with my confirmation code. I can’t even check my account. I keep getting an error message.

Have made multiple attempts to purchase. Whenever I hit “purchase” it says my shopping cart is empty. I have spent more than $5 in effort to get this work. Boo on HalfOffDepot 🙁
I am a glutton for punishment…..so I tried one more time, lol. It finally worked. Still disappointed it took umpteen attempts.

ya I have been trying several times as well. It took my CC info twice and then said empty cart as well. I can be logged in, click on the link and it says I’m not logged in. This site is a mess, not worth anymore of my time 🙁

I quit. Not worth the aggravation.
It was difficult to get the order to stop dumping the cart. Then, I had to go through the entering address for redemption 3 times. I had to log in with every screen change. But saving $5 at Lowes in worth it. It’s no worse than loading paper or clearing a paper jam really.

Yeah mine showed empty cart after checkout but the order showed up in MY ACCOUNT.
I can’t even get the deal into my cart. I get to checkout and it says $0. Every time I go to My Account it asks me to log in again. Not worth the $5 savings.
Nervous to try this in fear that it could be like Savemore.com which is a complete scam. Has anyone used this website before and actually gotten purchases and credit card charges were ok? I lost way to much money to Savemore along with millions of other people, so without knowing much I’d rather skip saving the $5, over losing much more in the end! I’ve only used this deal once before and that was for their $20 Publix giftcard for $10…..it came within the 7-10 business via mail, as they had said that it would! This was a few months back now………

I agree with the person who comment just above me, has anyone actually received a gift card and followed thru with a deal from this website in the past?

I didn’t having problems with adding to my cart and entering payment info. I didn’t expect to have to enter a voucher code after I received an email from them. Not a big deal, though.
I had the same problem others did with it dumping my cart. I gave up, but decided to try using Firefox and it went through, finally.
Is anybody else having trouble redeeming the giftcard to get it mailed to you?? Everytime I try to redeem the voucher it just takes me back to the website and has me sign in but nothing happens. This is a complete disaster. After I get this figured out I will never deal with there website again. What a mess. Now I have a voucher that I can’t use because it won’t let me redeem it. UGHHHH!!!!
Three days later, I’m still having the same problem as you. Did you ever get your code redeemed? I completed a customer service ticket two days ago but have not received help. If I can’t get it resolved by the end of the week, i’ll have my credit card company cancel payment.

I didn’t get an email that I am aware of but I just logged into my account on halfoffdepot and under order information it said vouchers and there was a #………..-Download Voucher PDF so I opened it used the # of voucher – and went to http://www.halfoffdepot.com/redemption like the PDF said and typed the voucher # in completed form with address and it took it. Hope this helps.

Still check your accounts you supposedly signed up for. I was unable to get it to work but registered for an account. I went in and looked at “my account” and it had my street address twice and a phone number that was NOT mine and I did not type it in. It didnt even resemble my phone number! Then I had them send me a temp password and changed the info, it still led me in circles and I couldnt get back in a second time.
Just wanted to post that I did get my gift card mid week. I finally was able to log in to my account. However, it took me many, many attempts to actually purchase the card, I wasn’t able to log in to my account for a few days and CS never has responded to my inquiries 🙁
The card is worth $10, I was charged just $5 and I can now access my account.
I am guessing that they were overwhelmed (servers’ capacity exceeded, etc) with this offer. Not very impressive. So many of these “deal” sites have popped up of late……The overwhelming majority of the stuff these sites offer is now junk, IMO.
