I kept getting an error when I choose “other” as my cable provider. But when I went back in put in DirectTV it went through without a problem.
Make sure you type what provider you have in the box that will appear after you click other.
When you choose other, you will probably have to fill in the blank below that. Maybe that is the problem? I chose other and typed Netflix and it worked fine.

That happened to me too. Just be patient and before you know it, the video will start playing! Don’t worry! 🙂
If you put that you are not their customer you must choose what your provider is, if you choose other another box will pop up. You must enter it there. Also, I pushed NO i am not their customer and it worked fine.
I can watch the video but I’m never get prompted to enter my information. This happen to anyone else?

I wouldn’t want anything from Dish in my house after they bought out the company I worked for- dangled a carrott in front of our noses to high pressure sell every customer who came in just to keep the store open and then told us we had 8 weeks to liquidate.

Just got ours today! It’s bigger than i thought it would be and its really cute.
UPS just delivered 2 boxes, I didn’t know what they were – so adorable. My little one won’t share the other one with his brother, thank goodness his older brother wasn’t interested, he’s napping with both of them too! So cute, I totally forgot about them!!
I got an email from UPS today saying a package from DISH Marketing is on its way to my address; I hope it’s Hopper! 🙂 I’ll share what it is.
It just arrived via UPS. It really is good-sized – about the size of a Build-A-Bear! Super soft, velvetty, & cute, too! Awesome freebie. The kids are actually fighting over it. 😛
