Usually the Amex gift cards have an activation fee of $4.95 – can anyone tell from the fine print if this pre-paid card has any fees?
I ordered this card last month when it was load $200 and get $25. There were no activation fees

No. I just called their customer service about this and she said the $25 card is scheduled to ship out next week. She did say that if you did the $200 to get $25 last month (for yourself), you can’t also get the $10 on a $50 card this time. If you order the card for someone else, you can still get the $10, but this offer is only for new customers.
I think that’s only for the gift cards. This is a prepaid credit card, I think.
Has anyone else ordered these cards ? How long does it take to get the amex card ?
I ordered one last week. First, they have to link to your bank account and you have to verify that is correct. (They will make 2 small deposits and then a debit of the total of the 2 deposits.) Then, they will debit the $50 from your account and ship the card. That’s where I’m at, haven’t rec’d the card yet.
Did anyone receive the bonus $25 gift card from the last offer they had?
It takes 6-8 weeks for the $25 to come but I have gotten the pre paid card.
are there any shipping fees to receive the card?

I did the $25 rewards last time and they didn’t give it to me! They claimed that since I PERSONALLY did NOT receive the email with the code, somehow they tracked that I guess, they did not honor it even though when I had called previously to check on it I was told it would be mailed to me. So I wouldn’t “trust” that this is a good deal that will actually work.
The exact same situation occurred with me. Collin has never steered me wrong with any deals but this one I feel is do at your own risk. I was very cordial with the customer service represenative explaining the situation that I found this deal from a blog site and he clearly stated these deals went out to specific customers and they would not be honoring those who did not receive the link directly. He did try to get me to sign up for another one for $200.00 and then get $25.00. I just politely declined and closed the account I set up. Just a warning to do at your own risk or perhaps get the 1800 number and do it over the phone and get a confirmation number to ensure you will get the $25.00 gift card. Good Luck.
That is weird, because if you just go to the AE wesite and click on the prepaid GC tab it shows the offer. I don’t think they would be promoting it on their site if it was meant only for people who got the e-mail.
I don’t have this card yet, and with this deal, I thought I could use this for my grocery purchases. However, it was asking for my SSN just to obtain the card. I don’t feel comfortable doing this, goodbye extra $10 =(
DH and I have regular AMEX cards. I went to the site & also saw the offer-so it is indeed legit.
