Try a different browser wouldn’t work for me in Chrome did same thing froze on first question but IE worked right away 🙂 Hope this helps

Try closing out of the page and then trying again. I have problems with the Target samples from time to time and doing that always works for me.
It said the USPS couldnt verify my address? Oh well 🙁
I had some trouble the first time, it wouldn’t let me get through the first question. I closed the window, clicked the image from hip2save, and had no problems. Love the free BioTrue samples. I switched contacts and can’t use Renu, which always has coupons out, so this helps a lot!

Got it – had problems with Chrome though and tried IE and it worked right away – have had this issue with Target Samples before
The opposite for me. Worked in Chrome but not IE, go figure.

Got one! Thank you! This is a great product as I found with their recent challenge. I’m so glad to get another sample of it since contact solution is so costly, and I can’t handle wearing glasses (sinus problems + very strong Rx aka thicker/heavier lenses = ouch!) I’ve tried generic salines, but they always sting. My optomotrist let me in on why – generics are actually name brand solution that’s older & they add more preservatives to it to keep it fresh & relabel thus the sting.
It arrived today! Yay! 😀
