I love this! It’s so quick and easy. My 3 year old son even helped me. Believe it or not it makes cupcake making even easier than with an oven. I just ordered 3 of these; one for me and one for each of my daughters. If they don’t want the ones I purchased for them, I will use them as gifts. The 8% Cash Back from ShopAtHome more than pays the shipping. I figure they will each cost about $11.60. Someone mentioned using these as teacher gifts. Great idea! My oldest daughter teaches preschool and I know this will come in handy for all of their cooking projects. She can even borrow mine if she needs to make a large number of treats.

So excited!! I just got a call from Kohl’s stating the orders were cancelled by mistake! They reprocessed my orders and even gave me free shipping for the hassle. The customer service rep said they were calling everyone who got their orders cancelled….YAY!
I got a call from Kohl’s to place my order again! YAY! It was super easy and the representative was very helpful, so my cancelled order is now up and running again! Only bummer is that I couldn’t go through my Discover to get 10% cash back, but I did get all the promotions and $0.99 shipping. Woo Hoo!!
LADIES, they cancelled mine too, but I called and they reorder it for me with all the discounts on the phone. However, I would lose the ShopAtHome cash back which is not big deal considering the cost is so low. 🙂
They called me too! Order reinstated! So stoked!
Order canceled, rep named Eric left a message saying they would be happy to reinstate it. So called back about 30 minutes later, and they said it’s OOS and discontinued and can’t be reinstated. The system shows it’s available to be ordered, but it’s not available anywhere any new orders will be canceled, according to the rep I got.
Also, the rep also basically said, “You should disregard phone messages. You should always get a cancellation email.” I don’t know if she understood that they called me to reinstate?
I called them and they took care of it for me and reordered! They also gave me the 15% off and free shipping!! Hope it works this time!! The gal that worked with me gave me GREAT customer service! 🙂

I called around noon an got mine reordered and they honored the .99 shipping. I did tell them when I talked to them that “my girlfriend” ordered one also an her’s had been canceled also. The rep I talked to put me on hold for awhile an said there was some glitch in the system that had cancelled the orders.
I also received the “system cancellation” email but called Kohls and they honored the previous pricing (as well as the 15% off coupon code) and even gave me free shipping! It’s worth a call! Thanks for all the info from those who have called before!
