    This is slightly off-topic, but does anyone know how long it takes to get the $5 SAH credit for installing their tool bar on your browser? I installed a few days ago and still haven’t seen the credit. It is advertised as “instant”, so I’m not sure what’s going on.

      mine does not show up in the cash back amount, but is listed under the promotional rewards drop down. i think they do not include the promotional amounts in the amount required to process a check. mine took a few days, i think.

        Hmm… I checked the promotional rewards and it says “you have no pending promotional rewards”. I guess I will give it a few more days and send them another email about it. Thanks!

          I just downloaded that toolbar about 1/2 hour ag too! Mine is doing as babs7881 saiid with hers. Mine (the extra $5) is showing under the rewards and adds to my total, however it dosn’t add to the total cash back amount needed to activate your $20 check. So I’m going to assume that once I hit my $20 cash back amount for a check, I should then get $25 because of the extra promotion.

      I am also missing my credit for downloading the toolbar. I downloaded it two weeks ago. I looked under promotional rewards and there is nothing. I emailed them on 8-25 about the issue and they have still not emailed me back 🙁 Guess I am not the only one having this issue!

    Can you do the nail polish shopathome deal with more items in the cart too? So the nail polish and the kids paint? Just curious. Also, has anyone got credit for their Proactiv purchase (mine ended up being a nightmare of my own doing partly, I wasn’t paying attention and hit submit twice, and then it was proactiv’s fault because I kept calling each day and saying please don’t ship twice what can we do to make sure it doesn’t ship, and they just kept saying only see one order and call back or just don’t worry about it, well I ended up with THREE! orders shipped! I have to now pay to ship back the two and hope to still get credit with shopathome or else i will be extra mad! Venting there…sorry!).

    I did not receive my Proactiv $25 credit from August 17 purchase. That deal is missing in Hip2Save archives. I went back to my favorites to click on that page but “page is not found”. I emailed service@shopathome about not getting the rebate credit, also because the date of my order on my package slip says August 18 order date not August 17. Funny Proactive never did email acknowledgment of the order to confirm the date of order. I hope I get credit for this purchase. Where is the Hip2Save page with all the comments?

      I made two Proactiv orders around the same time and have not yet received the credits. I did not do the WILD deal, but I did other skincare products and each order should have qualified for $25 cash back. I have an email from Ruth at SAH customer service which confirms this. I am going to wait the 30 days to see if the two $25 credits show up. If you don’t see your credits after 30 days, you just have to send them an email with your order # and the trackback number (look under MyTrackbacks). I’ve never had a problem with them issuing the credits after sending an email. I hope this helps!

        Thanks. I forgot I could just email the order number with the trackback number. I don’t have my scanner set up properly so couldn’t figure out how to scan my package receipt. No email confirmation of the order from Proactiv.

          Hmmm… did you create an account with them? I have been a customer for 4 yrs, so I have an account that lets me go in and view all of my orders, but I also usually get an email notification. You should have received a receipt with your actual product which should give you the order # on it? I don’t think you need to scan anything, just type in the numbers into the request for credit form online after 30 days. I hope this is making sense!

      UGH!!! My situation is EXACTLY the same! I never received a confirmation email, and my order date says 8/18 (though it was really placed on 8/17, after clicking through shopathome.). Carole, how can I prove my purchase?

    i had couple problems with shopathome.
    first time, i file a complaint about their services and i never heard from them.

    second time was the deal like this post but i only received the % of what i purchased from the site. i contacted them and they fix it.
    i just dont think it is necessary for me to always keeping on track of the cash back, i should know that shopathome is doing their job and doing them correctly.!

    im just waiting till i reach $20 and get my check and be done with them. i rather go to Ebates.com they dont offer deal like this post but they offer higher % cash back. also, i get checks from them earlier and faster than shopathome.

      Jessica, I can attest to the fact that our customer service department does a stellar job in answering the many emails they get every day. There is always the possibility that the response email went to your spam folder.     i have a question for you CAROLE, i’m trying to access the 10% from target but when i click on it, it immediately pops open a window to download the toolbar which i cant’ do cause i’m at work…but it wont let me use the 10% without it. this doesnt make sense since the 10% doesnt say you need to get the toolbar first and if you get the toolbar, there’s already a $5 bonus so why would it be an additional requirement?

    Help please.

      Hi Vicki, Unfortunately you cannot get the Premium 10% Cash Back amount unless you actually download the browser app. Since you can’t do it at work, why not wait until you are home on your own computer?
