    Cool, just got one to prepare for the cooler weather! As a side note…. has anyone gotten their X-out $25 back from shopathome? After going back and forth with them I got the Pro-Active one, but I contacted them a while back and was told I would get the X-out one in a certain amount of days, I didn’t, I contacted them again, and am still waiting…

        I also had been going back and forth with Shop@Home about the Proactiv deal considering they requested the order confirmation and Proactiv never emailed one. I only rcvd the Delivery Confirmation and after several phone calls to ProActiv, I finally got the order number Shopathome needed. Incidentally, they just sent the Cash Back email yesterday for that August Wild Deal. SMDH

      I still have yet to receive my cash back for the proactive deal. I contacted shop at home and they sent an email requesting I verify the email associated with my shop@home account and haven’t heard anything since. Considering this deal was back in August, I’m pretty disappointed with their level of customer service. Regardless of whether its a high volume time of the year or not, 2 months is unacceptable. I’m also waiting on several other cash back inquiries I’ve submitted and haven’t heard anything about those either!

        I have the same problem with shopathome. Several of the cash back rebates never post, so you have to make sure to keep tracking them. Its like:-
        Step 1: Do the deal
        Step 2: Keep a note
        Step 3: No cashback, so contact shopathome
        Step 4: Wait and check.
        Seems a little much to do…Maybe I should switch to ebates I’m thinking.

      I want to clarify, I did receive my ProActiv money (after going back and forth, and I had the same issue about ProActiv not sending out an order confirmation) but I have not received the X-out one…. Has anyone received the X-out one?

          I just reread my correspondence. I wanted to clarify that the email I received said to wait 5-7 business days, I had counted 5-7 days (not business) from Sept 20th when I received it… so technically the 7 days were over yesterday, not when I sent my other email.       How shop at home works is the cash back accumulates in your account. Once you have $20, a check will be cut for you the following month. I have gotten one check in the mail so far, and I am loving this program! I get some WILD deals for free, and I also use it all the time for my regular shopping. It is totally worth it.
