how do you cancel your membership once you sign up?
Go back to the site, only after you recieve your order though can you cancel, you can contact them if you would like just make sure you pin it in your calender. when your order is about to come up I usually call a week in advance even two weeks . Word of thought I created a credit account with a very tiny small balance that I use for process things like this. That way if I signup and they don’t cancel in time it can’t go through and they won’t send it either. I learned the hard way but really I do it for my protection. I still call, email or do the follow up but I had so many companies charge me even though I canceled that I just learn to do what I neeeded to do. Im not saying all companies are like that I have had some very good reputable companies not put the charges through when I cancel but then I have also had the displeasure of others doing even though I cancel in time.
I was able to get a 12 oz bag of French Roast, a travel mug and the $1.50 coffee filters for free. My total was $0.00 after the promo code and joining the Cafe Express club. Got free shipping also. 😀

Thank you! The French Roast is sold out but I got the Donut Shop coffee and it came out to $0. I have a guest coming soon who loves coffee. Weird, my sister and I both did this and she got free shipping and I didn’t. Both brand new custo era etc. so she got a free tin of cookies and filters plus mug ( the mug gets added automatically) I think it’s because hers showed an option fora new club member while mine just said add to club order….either way great deal.

I ordered twice. I used a DIFFERENT BROWSER, different Green Mountsain accounts, and different credit cards. But the same mailing/billing address.
I did it twice without using different browsers. However, I ordered for my sister in law with a diffrent address “same credit card,” I did it not out of greediness though she is in the military and just got back so I wanted something to be waiting for her at home; since she just recently went through a bad divorce. Otherwise I order once and hope the sharing is extended for everyone else.
It seems that free shipping only happens when you add the bagged coffee. Not a bad deal (for free!!), but that means I need to plug my old coffee maker back in 🙂
I figured that out too…after numerous attempts to get K-cups and free shipping :-). I ended up with a bag of Southern Pecan, the filters and free mug for free EXPRESS shipping. I was able to make the filters my auto ship, which I liked — particularly if I neglect to cancel in time, it’s only a charge of $1.50 plus S/H.

That is what it is saying for me, also. It does not show (at least at this point) as the coffee auto shipping every 4 weeks, but does show the filters (with the next ship date as 11/15/12). I am still planning on calling and canceling but at least it doesn’t appear as though I will be charged at this point.

it seems to add shipping if you add more than the one bag of coffee, that is what I found after I tired to add another item when it already showed previous free ship.
Is anyone still able to get the free shipping deal to work? I am not able to get the free shipping to show up. I have been trying to add one bag of ground coffee (Nantucket Blend) along with the small revelation travel mug (2.95) since all of the coffee filters are sold out. It gives me the $10 off as well as the 15%, but no free shipping.
I added the Hot Apple Cider pack to my cart and with the Cafe Express discount the price dropped from $19.49 to only $6.53!
