  1. Lifeasacouponjunky

Already did my list !! Sooooo excited to shop this sale.

  2. Joyce

It says Starbucks Refresher one is gone already

    • mindy

my store still have plenty manufacture coupons stick to the cooler door

  3. Jenn

I don’t think either LIsterine coupon will work. One is for 1.0 L size or Whitening, and the other is for Ultraclean. I guess it’s always possible those will be included in the sale, but the ad doesn’t include those types. Also, the ThermaCare coupon says “Except trial size.” Is the 1 ct. considered Trial size? Thanks for all the matchups!

    • Krystal

I consider a 1 ct to be trial size….how could anything be less than a 1 ct?

      • AG

I think the one count boxes do say “trial size” on them.

        • mel

yep, the 1ct boxes do say “trial size” (right hand corner in a yellow ribbon) so the $3 coupon is a No-Go.

  4. Theresa M

The visine deal is free after the $4 coupon and $1.50 ECB no?

    • Jenn

Also, can’t you technically stack this $4 with another one? The coupon prints out as a “CVS/pharmacy” coupon with barcode beginning with a 4.

      • Griselda

that’s what i was thinking. the coupon prints as a “cvs/pharmacy” coupon..
so can’t we stack it with a manufacturer coupon?

        • Theresa M

          no stacking

          • mackyjane

Why do you say no stacking? I’m not reading anything on the CVS coupon that prohibts stacking with a manufacturer coupon.

        • Pamela

          is there a manufacturers coupon?

          • karen

You can stack the CVS coupon with the mfg coupon. You can print a $1 off coupon from the visine website after you fill out your information, which will make the visine 50 cents and then you get back $1 ECB so you make 50 cents.

            • mel

The $4 IP prints with a CVS barcode AND a Manuf bar code + all the Manuf remit info. Several grocery boards are treating it as a Manuf coupon, just redeemable only at CVS (in the t/c of the coupon, it does say redeem at food, drug or discount stores accepting coupons) I’m happy with it being a freebie, don’t need to be greedy and go for overage, there are plenty of other deals for that!

            • fldukes

The $4/1 Q is a mfg coupon. The fine print says J&J will reimburse the retailer. But if they are $5.50 with $1.50 ECB, then they would be at least free, right?

    • Maegan

I can’t find $4 coupon, what zip is everyone using to get coupon.

    • Bre

I did the deal as it was posted here on the eye drops and it worked with both coupons, no beeps.

  5. mistrcheap

    Collin,

The 1ct Thermacare is considered “trial size”, so the $3/1 coupon is not valid on this item, please update.

Also, on the ILLY sale, there is a BOGO coupon in the Diabetes PDF as well (Sugar Free variety only), stacked with BOGO sale should mean 2 free ILLY SF Drinks.

    MisterCheap

    • Farmer Sals

      where is the ILLy coup?

      • mistrcheap

see post a few down from this one. PDF Link.

    • jen

the thermacare coupon worked for me…and it didnt say trial size on the box

      • mel

look closely on the right side & top of the box,, there is a yellow strip that says Trial Size.

  6. Vergin

Thankyou so much. Waiting for this

  7. Abby

Thank you! If my CVS is open 24 hours I assume I can go in at midnight and get these deals or do they start at a certain time in the morning?

    • gabby

They usually start their deals Saturday after 4p.m. Good luck I am on my way to try to get my shopping list done today.

      • Nicole

That doesn’t apply for the 24 hours stores those don’t start to after 12

      • Taraneh

it’s all YMMV. i called my local 24 hour store and they said they don’t start their sunday sale on saturdays

      • Molly

I just checked with my local store, they wont start until 8am Sunday morning since it is special sale. May want to check before you make a special trip!!

      • Tiffany

This is different for all stores. It used to be that you could cross some of the weekly deals with the next week deals… but that pretty much stopped years ago. It really just depends on your store and when it is downloaded. 24hr stores would never apply to this because they never close so their sale starts at 12 AM

    • Jayda

I asked my local 24 hour CVS and they said that the sales for the next week start Sunday at midnight……I hope they are right cuz there is certainly a lot of deals to get!!

      • mackyjane

        Same here in MS

    • Kidsallgone

24 hour stores don’t usually start on Saturday (YMMV)

      • K

My 24 hour CVS always started the sales at Midnight. Then I learned that the manager on duty “loads” the new ad. Times vary. In my store the new ad loads when the manager on duty has “time” to load it.

Lost year for the Black Friday (Thursday Thanksgiving Sale) it was loaded at about 10 pm.

I asked at my store this year. The manager just said she would load it when she had time.

Clearly this is a store by store thing depending on when the manager chooses to “load” the next ad.

        • Krystal

There is no policy on that, so they’re free to do it when they want.

          • Ashley57

I just called my store, and even though it is not 24 hrs, she said the deals will not start until they open tomorrow. YMMV

            • Steph

All of the stores in my area that used to do the early Sat. sales have stopped. The 24 hour stores start at midnight and the others start when they open Sun. morning which is usually 8 a.m. Best if you check first.

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

      thank u !!!

    • debra

I enrolled online and received a welcome $5 off health care coupon making the meter a $5 mm!

    • mackyjane

My Illy coupon isn’t very clear. I’m not sure that it’s going to scan very well. Anyone else have this problem?

      • mel

Don’t waste your time printing the coupons, they print blurry and don’t even scan! Also, for the meter deal, the ad says No Discounts Apply, so I don’t think you can even use any type of coupon for that deal.

        • Kristen

I found a bunch of these $1/1 coupons on a tear pad at cvs so maybe some of y’all will have some luck 🙂

        • mistrcheap

The free One A Day with purchase is NOT considered a discount. You can use this coupon on this sale. As for the “blurry” as long as you can read the numbers on the upc code, the cashier can manually type it in. Also try enlarging the size of the pdf at the link to get better clarity.

        • debra

Printed and although somewhat blurry one scanned and she manually entered the others. No problems.

  8. Amy

    THank you Colin!

The Visine Tired Eye Relief should be free after $4 off coupon and $1.50ECB not $0.50!! 😀

    • Cynthia

Farmer Sals – Thank you for the coupon!

  9. Jane

Thank u!!! I have been waiting all week for this as you are the best at matching up the deals and I knew there would be a few missed;) don’t forget u can head in tonight when the registers switch over around 4-5.

    • Marlena

so if I want to do this weeks deals (11/11 – 11/17)after 4 pm they won’t work ?
      Thanks

      • jane

Marlena, usually you can do both weeks deals on Saturday nights!! I want to do the diapers after I do the freebies! (if there are any left in stock)

        • Marlena

          Oh ok thank you !
I want to do the diaper deal as well !

          • Jane

Marlene, my store is not starting the deals until the morning this time;(

  10. gabby

CVS rocks this week. Collin you are awesome!!

  11. Lindsay

Last year, my CVS had all the “freebie” items up front, it was super easy and didn’t have to run all through store. Surprisingly I was the first one there and it wasn’t even busy 🙂

    • debra

Just came back and everything worked like a charm for me. All the freebies were located together in the center aisle. The only issue was they didn’t get the starbucks double shots but opened a 4 pack and manually generated a $2 eb.

  12. Mandi

I have the Charmin $.25 from the PG 10/28. Is there any reason why we can’t use that on the Charmin Basic? Is states ANY Charmin product.

    • Taraneh

i don’t see why not. I looked at other coupon websites yesterday that already had the match up ready (I’ve been so antsy waiting for the coupon match up for this ad i just couldn’t wait) and they had that coupon listed. if it says ANY then you should be fine and as long as the register doesn’t beep usually the cashier won’t care

    • Dora

You can use it.. I called and they told me that coupon can be used since it doesn’t say on the roll trial size or travel.. I was wondering about the kleenex 30 cent coupon why its. Not being used either

    • Jenn

YMMV- the coupon excludes trial size. I have seen a Charmin “pocket pack,” which in my opinion is trial size, but they may try to say the single roll is trial size.

      • Stephanie

Charmin has an actual pocket book sized roll of toilet paper – that I consider as trial. I will use my .25 on the roll – in my opinion it should be fine.

    • Krystal

I see nothing wrong with it and they accepted it when I used it.

    • Heather

I used it tonight, and it worked fine. 🙂

    • Taraneh

you can definitely use it, like others, I used mine tonight (just got back actually) and it worked perfectly fine!

  13. Linda

I got a magazine from CVS called “DiabetesHealth” and it has a BOGO illy issimo (exp 21/31) CVS coupon in it on the last page. So it should make for 2 free I hope.

    • Shayla

was wondering the same thing…although once before I was told that you cannot use a CVS coupon on a CVS sale. YMMV – worst case scenario, may have to “buy 2” which would mean you get 4 for the price of 1 =) Anyone know if these are any good?

  14. Kidsallgone

I don’t think I’m even going to bother looking for, gathering, printing the coupons. I’ve got a few ECBs saved up; so I’m putting some chili on the stove and heading out. I’ll check back in when I get back…oh, and after I eat my chili 🙂 🙂 🙂 (white bean chicken chili) YUM!!

  15. Brittany

    Thanks Collin!

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

      Welcome!!

  16. Theresa M

From the diabetes coupon anyone know what products the $5 coupon can be used on?

    • Theresa M

      I mean the diabetes magazine

    • mistrcheap

any “health” care item, from band aids to aspirin to cold medicine.

      • Theresa M

it says only selected diabetes related products on the coupon so i wasn’t sure

    • Samantha

I was able to use mine on shampoo!

  17. Dawn

Holy cats! That is quite a lusty of freebies! Thank you for the matchups and all you do Collin!:)

    • Dawn

lot of freebies…not lusty! LOL! spell check makes me giggle! 🙂

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

      You’re welcome! Great week!

  18. Anthony

    How does the ecb work

  19. tatiana

for the visine deal i can use the $4 off cvs coupon plus the $1 off manufacturer coupons to pay $.50 right?

  20. Stephanie

There is a $1 off command printable coupon in the coupon database.

  21. Stephanie

If I have a $3 CVS coupon for childrens advil – will it give me the full $3 off and count it towards something else, or no since the advil is less than $3?

    • Tiffany

No, overage will not work anymore in MOST instances, sometimes it will go through as the full amount if you have other items in the transaction, but it is rare now (ahh I remember the days when always would) unless the cashier pushes it through so it would be a ymmv. If they are by the books they will only deduct for the price of the item.

      • mel

In my experience, cvs store coupons have always scanned for the full value. I think 1 time a cashier overrode the amount. I always make sure to have other items in my order to cover the overage though.

  22. vergin

    hi, i have a question.
I got the RC for the Huggies deal from last week. (Buy $30 worth of products and get $10 ECB, with Huggies slip on diapers for 2/$20)
But the person who wrote the rain check made a mistake and write 2/$10. i just noticed when getting ready for the shoppig, so im not sure whether they will honor the raincheck for 2/$10 or 2/$20 or thay wont even accept the rain check,
    please help

    • kristin

you should be honest and not let them give them to you for 2/$10. that wouldn’t be honest. even if your cashier would do it for the wrong price, you know that it is not right. they will change the price to the correct price if you tell them what happened. dont be a scammer! 🙂

      • Vergin

Thanks, I will do that. I’m just had a doubt that if I saY the price on the RC is not correct, they wouldn’t honor it

        • Jenn

Vergin, I would call your store tonight before they close and tell them about it. I have had them be picky before if a rain check wasn’t filled out just right.

    • amber

Just keep the ad with the raincheck so that you can show them the ad if there are any questions. 🙂

  23. Anthony

Anyone knows how ECB for CVS work?

    • Krystal

You can read Collin’s guides to CVS, that’ll be simpler. Basically EB (Extrabucks) are magical! 🙂

      • Anthony

        Thanks Crystal

  24. Crystal

Can we use the Ecb in consecutive transactions?

    • Sarah

Yes! That is the best part about CVS! And you can use as many as you want in any given transaction!

      • Ronni

It is the best part…I love CVS…that’s why I don’t shop at Rite Aid much anymore.

    • Shayla

You bet, that’s my plan. Already have a list of all the freebies with my $10 ECBs already from last week’s diaper deal. See how many transactions I can roll =)

  25. annie

on the EZ METER YOU CAN’T USE A COUPON? or can you

    • debra

If you have one you can use it. I had a $10 coupon so a $10mm.

      • Jane

Where did u get the $10 coupon???

        • Shayla

Kroger had one, the one in the paper was for another type (not the Next Contour; FYI, there is a difference in price for the other).

  26. annie

i just called my cvs they said sale starts tonight buy the ecb buck dont start till tomorrow, they wont print tonight, so ck that before runnin out

    • Krystal

If their sales are going for next week than the extrabucks should be printing. I got my extrabucks on the items I bought.

  27. Toni

My ad starts at midnite, do u think they will have everythg ready if I stay up and do it at midnite or should I wait to early am??

  28. lee

just got back from cvs. 1st trans was $50.42 before tax used $10/$50 cvs and $40 ecb from last week paid 42 cents and got back $50 in ecb. 2nd trans was $54 before tax used $10/$50 and other coupons brought my total to $36, paid $36 in ecb from previous trans and got back $54 in ecb. so started with $40 ecb paid 42 cents got all the items and now i have $72 in ecb. that was fun

    • lee

in my area the sale starts at 4pm on saturday only the starbucks doubleshot ecb did not print all others did. manager manually did the doubleshot for me

      • Katrina

I’m glad you mentioned that! My double shot ECB didn’t print either. My store said they’ll issue it to me next time I’m in.

    • irene

      Good job!!

    • betsy hodges

Where do you get the $10/$50 ? thanks

I would be skeptical of any store that tells you the sale doesn’t start until 8am. I asked my store manager and he said midnight, but I called him out on it starting a little earlier on Saturday. He kind of laughed and said, “We aren’t supposed to tell anyone.” At 24hr stores if is usually around 10pm on Saturday.

    • mel

My store is a 24-hr store and the never activate early! Its always well after midnight. But I have a great store! I just came back from my pre-shop! The cashiers helped me find all the freebie items and put them in a basket behind the counter so I can do my transactions tomorrow morning!

Quick questions ladies regarding the 25% off coupon – it states no sale or promotional items. I get the sale part but what does promotional item mean? Does that include items that you earn extra bucks with? Buy one get one free?

    • Sara

I’ve used the % off coupons in the past that were reg price with ECB printing at the end with no problem.

    • lee

it means the b1g1 or b1g50%. the ecb you will always get no matter what coupons you use. and we are not all ladies here. lol

      • Cynthia

        Thanks Sara and Lee
Lee buddy, you have a girls face!! Ha ha!!! Just joking with ya! Have a great weekend!

      • mel

promo items also include $10/$10 grocery items and buy more & save (sometimes items are tagged $4.99, buy 2 or more get them $4.50 each) Even if you buy 1 @ regular price, b/c its considered a promo, the % off won’t apply.

        • Cynthia

Oh, that’s a great point I never considered. It’s also strange to see the difference in ads. I look at Collins and I’m also viewing my5kids her ads don’t have “Sale” on them and Collins does, this must be regional too?

          • mel

yeah, it has to do with state regulations on how they can advertise freebies.

  31. Destinee

Not sure if this has been mentioned…but if you like BIC Soleil’s facebook page, they have a $2 coupon off of Soleil Bella razors…not sure where these are on sale tho? Looks like Rite Aid has them B1G1 50% off today?

  32. madason

me and my mom both have a card so every thing thing free after ecb we can get two of

    • Cynthia

Christina – Thank you for the coupon!!

  33. Jami

Question. If I get the ECB for children’s advil, can I use that towards the regular advil? Will the regular advils’ ECB print out then? I’m used to walgreens, not cvs. Thanks.

    • Becky

you can use Extra bucks on any product not just on the brand you got it for. HTH

    • Miriam

Yes both are separate deals. So do both and you’ll get the ECB for each. CVS is MUCH easier than Walgreens to learn/do. Plus, they’re stock and substitutions is far better so you rarely need rain checks. (And if you do, you’ll get credit for the ECB, where Walgreens can’t credit you for RR.) You’ll love it!

    • MommySpendsLess

No brand or manufacturer restrictions on ECBs. Much easier than Walgreens, in my opinion. If they have a limit of more than one, you can even use roll the ECB on the same item.

  34. calay

for the freebies items, can we get raincheck?

    • Katrina

Depends on your store. I shopped two stores last year. One gave rain checks and the other wouldn’t.

      • mel

depends. If the item is seasonal and only carried for this sale, then they probably won’t give you a RC (or they will and you’ll be holding onto it forever on the off chance they *might* get the item again!) Some of the items are always carried, like the South Beach bars, mac n cheese so you can get a RC on them.

  35. nl

thanks for this GREAT list. I am EXCITED!

  36. Valerie

I don’t believe you can use the $3 for the Thermacare, as it states, not for trial size and the 1ct has trial size stated on it.

    • Joyce

That is correct, and that is always the case. There are NEVER coupons for 1 ct thermacare.

      • Emily

I didn’t see the trial size printed on my box until after I got home, it was on the top of the box, not the front. I was just grabbing things on the end caps and putting them in my cart (our store was BUSY with shoppers tonight) and the coupon worked fine, no beep.

  37. Cynthia

It’s 8:50pm and my 24 hr CVS is starting their sale at 11pm! Ladies & Gentlemen … it’s show time!!!! Happy Shopping, Happy Thanksgiving & thank you ALL so much. WOOHOO!!!!

    • Emily

You are just as excited as I was! I got my boyfriend out of bed and had him go with me. When we got home he said, “does this mean we don’t have to get up early tomorrow?” Yes, yes it does! 🙂

  38. Laura

When do they put their sale ad out on the floor? Sat or Sun?

  39. mweyler

Are they out of 7up ten coupons? What zip is it under?

    • Trina

      I can’t find it either.

  40. jasmine

is the visine 4 off coupon gone can’t find it? need help finding it if its still there!

    • Marlene

      me too!

  41. Jodi

I went to one cvs at 4 and they were not starting tomorrow so I went to my regular cvs and they already had everything out and everything was ringing up on sale. I got one of everything on my list and was very excited

  42. Molly O.

I just did my shopping! I found everything that is a freebie except the collagen and the command hook. I was just upset that they told me when I got there they would turn the add on at 4:00, and I had to wait a long time because the person in charge did not know how to do it.

    • Molly O.

Forgot to say that I got $170 worth of stuff, used (3) $10/$50 tons of coupons and EB, paid $9 and got a ton of EB back.

    • Emily

The command hook was sitting next to a register in a display bucket. I almost didn’t see it. It wasn’t by every register either, just the one.

      • Taraneh

yeah, the command hook is easy to miss! I only saw it because another woman who was there the same time as me pointed them out. They’re in a little display at the front counter and if you ask, most of the store associates might not even know they’re there!

  43. Bre

Just got all my freebies and had tons of ecb already so only spent $4.50 and got $40 in ecb to use for Thursdays sale!

  44. Vanessa

Hi Everyone! The CVS deals started at my local store at 5:00PM. I think it varies by store and by management staff. I hope everyone gets some of these freebies as it is an awesome week at CVS. The $4.00 CVS Visine coupon can be found under 90210 zip code. Happy Shopping :))))

    • Laura C

Thanks Vanessa, but after I typed in 90210, I still couldn’t find it…oh well!

  45. Laura C

I can’t find the $4 Visine Tired Eyes coupon on CVS.com. I looked through all of their printable coupons and didn’t see it. Is anyone else having a problem finding it? I could just be completely missing it – lol

    • Kaylan

I can’t find it either…..I have checked different zip codes too. Bummed!

  46. Kim

Still no $4 coupon for me! Not even under 90210…anyone else have a different zip to try? PS. I got a $3 coupon out of the MCM last week for Playtex 36 count. Combined with the $1 off MQ from a recent insert and that is free Playtex tampons!

  47. Amanda

There is a one dollar of colgate optic white in my cvs account. Pair it will two one dollar off 1 optic toothpaste makes it 2 for .98 cents.
