    i hope this comes by christmas!!! nervous! my 8 year old has been begging and i do mean begging for a dream lite, I think they are the biggest waste of 30 dollars ever, but since my other one wants the pig pillow pet (i love pillow pets) I went ahead and got this and it seems like a very good deal (pig pillow pet is 19.99 alone most places and on sale for 14.99 at some)

    Just an FYI i just received comfirmation and it definitely says WILL SHIP in 7 to 10 days which means it will probably take double that to receive it, where did you see the guarantee Collin? I can’t find it

I called today and they said they have never given a shipping time over the phone (phone is just for general information) and even on emails the women has never seen any guarantee given on any orders….let alone a guarantee for everybody. She said she would definitely not expect these to arrive by Christmas regardless when the order was placed. 🙁

    I placed my order 12/13 but never got a shipping confirmation this morning. I called them a few minutes ago and they said they would never give any kind of guarantee like that and this deal clearly states it will ship in 7-10 business days. She also said the even over emails she had never once seen them give a shipping guarantee on an order let alone a widespread promise that it would arrive in time for Christmas. She said she would absolutely not expect to get any orders placed within the last week or 2 in time for Christmas. I am really bummed out!

        How are you able to distinguish which orders were placed by people who use Hip2Save, We placed our order through your company with the guarantee that they would in fact arrive BY the 24th. Considering it is the 18th, and they have yet to ship, I am feeling less confident about this assurance. I would have spent my money on the same products with a diffrent company if I had this doubt before.

            Rivka, if that is so, then why is my order scheduled to be delivered December 28th? I ordered on December 13th and your company charged my card right away but didn’t get shipped out until yesterday. The ONE and ONLY reason I ordered from YOUR campany was because of this GUARANTEE your promised. What is a guarantee without you following through? What are you going to do to make it right to me and all the other customers you lied to? I would NOT have ordered at all if it wasn’t for your guarantee. I’m calling false advertising!

              I don’t think they have any plans to resolve the issue. I have called/emailed them so many times and have gotten nowhere! Mine won’t be delivered until the 28th. The company does not care about us. They have our money and have their policy of no returns. They screwed us. Obviously “Guarantees” mean nothing any more to anyone! SMH

      The phone number doesnt help at all. I called yesterday and was told that their customer service was done by e-mail and that they cannot even access specific accounts over the phone. I have e-mailed them but haven’t heard back yet.

    I also ordered on the 10th, still hasn’t shipped. I hate 1sale a day shopping! Their shipping is so slow that I could have walked across country, MADE the item myself and walked back before it ever leaves their warehouse. Rediculous, I don’t know why I even tried, it’s not going to get here before Christmas.

    I ordered mine on Friday 12/14 received confirmation on 12/18 that it had been shipped on 12/17. Checked the tracking number today and it says it is scheduled for delivery on 12/27!

    I am so heartbroken, these were the gifts for my 4 year old daughter for Christmas. How do you explain that to a kid? Gee honey Santa will be sending your presents a couple of days late?!

You do realize she just runs a blog and isn’t personally working for the company, right? Obviously, 1 sale a day isn’t able to hold up their end of the deal, that’s their problem.
          One less reader means I might have a better chance at snagging up the deals when I see them here though.

              Have you read the papers much? There are constant corrections being made as information changes and is made available.

              I guess you better add ABC, Nate Berkus and all the others who have suggested 1 sale a day as a good place to shop to your boycott list. Since they are all responsible for how 1 sale a day operates then too. You are the reason disclaimers are necessary. 1 sale a day made the guarantee, they didn’t deliver, they are the responsible party. There’s no need to go around blaming everyone else along the way. Collin and her team do a great job of sharing deals as the information comes available. I wish I was here more to take advantage as they come up, but I am happy for those who can. Hip2Save made no guarantee to you, the information was merely passed along. If you’re not happy then I’m sure you’ll find another great site.

    I am SOOOOOO upset! Mine said it shipped yesterday but isnt’ supposed to be delivered until December 28th. This is 15 days after I ordered it. I would NOT order these things from 1saleaday if I would have known. We were promised a GUARANTEE of Christmas delivery!!! Money is tight for us and they had no problem taking my money out of my account right away! Now I am stuck with the darn things AFTER Christmas is over! I will make it my goal to spread the word to not trust 1SALEADAY and now I am questioning Hip2Save. Really, Really disappointed!

    I also ordered these expecting to receive them by christmas, mine all shipped out on tuesday, but when i checked the tracking yesterday it said that they wouldnt be here until 12/28 and 1/02. Then I checked today and it now says all ground shipments are being suspended until after christmas! Very dissapointed, my kids want dream lites so bad, so my backup plan is to go buy them at a local store to give to my kids on christmas, then when i receive orders from 1saleaday I will just return the new ones to the store…only possibly way to make my kids happy for christmas!

    Same situation here, isn’t going to arrive until the 28th. I think I will just buy her one at the store and give it to her on Christmas, keep the receipt, and return the identical one that comes from 1saleaday to Walmart or where ever I buy it from. I don’t see how that could hurt anyone. I am still upset though.

      They say it takes 1-3 days to reply to emails. By the time they had replied to mine it had already shipped. Email wasn’t much help though and calling was even less hopeful. Mine came today though……hopefully everyone’s arrive on time!

          Mine says it was in Florida until this morning when it arrived here (I live in CT). It got here at like 3 in the morning and was delivered to my door by 12pm today. So it still could make it on Monday!

              I placed mine at like 1:30am(est) on the 14th. It departed Florida on the 19th and arrived in CT on the 21st at like 1am. It was then transferred to a closer town to me and went out for delivery at 3am on the 21st.
