I can’t find a printable rebate form but someone did post a picture of their form so you can read the details. It seems to me you can use it on any aquadoodle product!

Just got 4…so sorry, couldn’t resist for al my nieces and nephews. Only prob is I spent twice that last week on these via Amazon for my kiddos (with the $5 off promo). Wish amazon would have a price guarantee policy like other stores, but will say their CS is awesome if you ever have to deal with them =)
