Wowie! I’ve received a couple emails now that CVS is currently having a 75% off sale on their Christmas Merchandise – including toys, small appliances, and much more! Check out the email and picture below that I received from reader, Darcy:

I just returned from CVS in Chicago and scored a 13″ TV with built in DVD player for 75% of $149.99. Also, got an electric griddle for $6.49.

My sidekick, Mary, headed over to her local CVS in Austin, TX and also found some great deals! Please note that the signs in her store still said 50% off; however, most of the items were ringing up at 75% off. Although prices and clearance items vary by region, be sure to price check if your store does not have these items marked.

She spotted this Motion Activator Candy Dispenser on sale for only $4.99 – regularly $19.99! She also saw this Vivitar 503 Red Digital Camcorder 1.5″ LCD camera marked down to just $8.75 – regularly $34.99! This same camera is currently selling for $29.95 on Amazon, so this seems like an awesome deal!

You may also be able to find this Gourmet’s Best Premium Cool-Touch Electric Griddle reduced to only $6.25 – regularly $24.99! There were quite a few other small waffle makers and other items on sale so be sure to price check them if they’re not marked.

And, if you’re looking to add a few toys to your toy closet, you may be able to find quite a few name-brand toys on sale too! She spotted Barbie dolls and doll sets marked down to only $4.99 – regularly $19.99! The Barbie Dinner Date Night set pictured above was on sale for only $4.99 and is currently priced at $15.07 on Amazon. What a great deal!

The Discovery Kids Eco-Friendly Color Me Play Castle above was reduced to only $4.99 (regularly $19.99!) and currently sells for $32 on Amazon. What a great project to have on hand for the kiddos to do on a rainy, cold day! 😉

Last but not least, the Crayola Color Me a Song set was reduced to $4.49 – down from $17.99. This same set is priced at $25.66 on Amazon so this seems like a *HOT* deal! Or this Crayola Color Wonder Sound Studio was also priced at just $4.99 – down from $17.99 (this set is currently priced at $23.11 on Amazon!).

+ Lots more! Come back and let us know if you’re able to find these same deals at your CVS!

(Thanks, Darcy!)

      • shannon

I assume you mean about the goody hair stuff? It retails for $20 but the price for the collection of items was only $2.99. Then it was 75% off. I will save for my girl’s Easter baskets. I often get stuff on clearance at Xmas or Valentine’s day and use for their Easter basket.

        • Amanda

Awesome idea Shannon! I might have to go check out the deals for Easter goodies too!

          • shannon

In addition to the hair stuff, I also got makeup sets for each girl for only $1.25 each. And they had nice BEauty of Essence lotions for $2.50 for 8 small ones. Great for gift baskets during the year!

  2. Marie

These items went 75% off at my CVS also but candy and xmas decor is still 50% off.

  3. nilu

  5. nikki

Aww man. I already grabbed myself one of those Waffle Makers for 14.99 at 50% off. Oh well. It was the last one left as well. Not much kitchen items. Everything was already picked thru at one CVS. I haven’t went to anymore. I want to so bad. But I have to stop spending LOL All these great deals at CVS and Target!!!!! So tempting.

  6. Shannon

I was able to score 4 – 7″ Craig tablets @ 24.99 and the last Barbie – Dinner Date for a co-worker @ 4.99. A 13″ tv would have been perfect for my daughter’s apartment….. I will have to look @ a couple other stores on way to work tomorrow………..

  7. Holly

Got the discovery camera yesterday for my little one. Thought that it would be a good gift for her when she becomes a big sister in a couple of weeks. It was only $7.49 and she always wants our camera so can’t beat that.

    • rn30032

      good deal Holly

  8. Jano

Which store is CVS? Do we have one in Washington?? Looks like great deals!

    • chelsea

It’s a drugstore similar to Rite Aid or Walgreens. Check the store locations on their website.

      • Jano

Oh great! I have one close to where I live. I will check Rite Aid! Thank you thank you thank you 🙂

  9. Bridget I

Dublin PA and Plumstead CVS has 75% off everything except candy. At the Dublin one I got two Barbie “paper doll” sets that were marked $20 for $5 and they were nice, not little chinzy ones. A minnie set of paper dolls, same. They also had the Barbie w/ the dinner table for $5, that video camera you mention and some of the pop up princess tents (not the coloring ones). Also got my B1G1 stayfree – 6 packs for free!!!!!

  10. Amanda

I was in on Saturday and asked the store manager when the 75% would start so I was there early this morning. Not a ton left at my store but I did get a few toys and small appliances. I think I was most excited about the Barbie Date Night set as my daughter is into Barbies right now 🙂

They had them right at the front of our store, near Buffalo NY. I think the price was around $17.

  15. JV

  16. Latoya

still 50% in milwaukee I will check back tomorrow

  17. Cara

I am so tempted to go get that castle! We got one for our daughter’s birthday party which was a painting party in our backyard — it was a huge hit. She had asked for a castle and house, and we got a great deal on both and the castle was a surprise for her the day of her party:). But we sure didn’t get it for $4.99! It would be nice to have another for when this one just won’t fit back together again after going up and down over and over.

    • Kiki

They had a ton of the rockets at CVS for me (Murfreesboro, TN), I got one for our son and will keep it for a year or so till he is bigger! Excited! Oh and 5 train set! And taking a gamble on a $5 mini sewing machine (probably complete junk but will give it a go!).

      • CJ

Ours didn’t have the rocket or castle, but there was one awesome Discovery Kids map left! I have had my eye on that for ages and am thrilled to get it for $4.99 — a huge felt map to hang on the wall with felt labels for oceans nd landmarks and felt animals to put on it as well. My four year old loves maps, so this is a great find:)
I also got Christmas labels since I ran out this year, a Perry (from Phineas and Ferb) ornament, and several Hello Kitty figurines — all in the 75% section.

  18. Micki

I also found an Angry Birds 3 pack of kids tooth brushes with the Christmas clearance for .75!

  19. Karen

my CVS had a nice jewelry armoir for $9.99 – regularly 39.99

  20. rosana

I found puzzles for .75 cents

  21. Jjw

My CVS didn’t have any of the Discovery Kids cardboard color me castles or spaceships left at 9:45 am today

  22. Holly

I found a few toys at 75% off a few hours ago. There wasn’t much to choose from. I picked up 1 remote control tarantula for $4.99 and 1 Minnie Mouse doll with matching dress (dress fits 4-6) for $7.50.

There were other toys I was looking at but they rang up full price. Also, I saw OneDirection toothbrush and toothpaste (Colgate) with the 75% off. I believe the toothbrushes were about $1.30.

  23. Cara

3 piece luggage set 12.49! Two hot wheels sets 4.99, two iron man handgun thing 1.50, 4 iron man figures 1.25, iPod tower, 17.49! Big time score!

    • Kelly

Just about 20 minutes ago in FL I scored a Keebler cake pop maker for $4.99, a discovery kids tablet for $4.99, a discovery kids pop up castle tent for $4.99 and the camcorder mentioned in this post for $8.75… The 13″ tv wasnt on sale, but I wish it was, I wanted one for my daughters room!!!

  32. Kelly

There was still a lot of toys at the port orange, fl location. I was able to get stuff for Easter baskets and my nephew and nieces birthday presents. I spent around 17 dollars and got the Barbie dress up dolls, a magic kit (our family loves to put on shows), a piggy bank that counts the money, a 4 pack of airplanes, 2 bags of tea lights, and two rolls of labels. I also found the Barbie dinner date at a different store. 🙂 Very pleased with these purchases!

  33. Michelle l

Just picked up an android tablet/notebook marked down from 99

  34. Emily

The color playhouses are amazing! My niece and nephew have had 3 of them! That may seem like a lot of them but they’ve gone through 3 in the last 4 years. The first one my mom threw away when my brother’s family moved out because their new house was finished being built. The kids missed it so I bought them another one. Two years later I had to replace it because as you can imagine the kids and dogs abusing it had warn away the seams and it was struggling to stand. My niece is now 6 and loves to color, she LOVES it! We have a place in our basement that they can play in it so we don’t take it down very often. The more you plan to take it down, the faster the seams will weaken.

  35. Katy

Just got a popcorn maker for $15 and a home theater speaker system for $17! Super excited! Hubby begged for this same popcorn maker for Christmas too!

    • Shayla

I got the popcorn maker too. Was going to save it for Christmas next year but my kiddos broke the “secret”. Haha. I also got the Minnie dress/plush, (2) folding tray tables, a microwave for $15, and (5) Discovery pop up tents, all at 75% off. Very pleased today, considering one lady literally wiped the shelves within 15 minutes of the store opening.

  36. Cay

My favorite find in MI…two queen size air mattresses including the pump and bag for $6.25 each! With a big family and lots of friend sleepovers, we will use these (and won’t be too upset if they start to leak!) Also tubes with 10 different mini body washes for $2.50…nice to put in my donations to the homeless shelter. Cameras and dvd players were still full price here

    • Chris

Wow, awesome find on the air mattresses!!! I need two, got check tomorrow.

    • Betty J

I went tonight and picked up the queen size air mattress for $6.25. There were three or four left. I was tempted to buy them as gifts, but decided to just buy one and leave the rest for other bargain hunters.

  37. Jan

Decided to check out CVS in Cypress, CA an hr ago. Score! I was able to get the rocket, barbie deluxe dress up activity set, play guitar with stand for a boy and girl, minnie mouse and disney princess art sets all for $4.99! The sandwich maker/ waffle maker was $7 and some change..these will come in handy for the year for bday presents and Christmas 🙂 btw, the Ferrero Rocher xmas tree shape though wasn’t on sale 🙁 hehehe..

    • shannon

I’d ask about the Xmas tree candy because it was probably missed in the markdown. Xmas tree shapes are clearly for the holiday and not Valentine’s Day.

  38. Elizabeth

I dont even have a cvs here but wanted to warn you to stay away from the vivitar cameras, they are cheap for a reason. A well meaning relative bought me one shortly befire my son was born and i got no usable pictures off of that camera. I tried to pawn it to hopefully get another camera and the employee told me they wont even look at vivitar products because of the known quality issues.

  39. Marty

sadly in the DC metro area CVS appears to be stingy and is still running 50% clearance, despite the fact that they are marked 75% off, I was most disappointed 🙁

  40. Elena

Off the subject but…..I have a $5 gap card from gyft that I would like to trade for a sephora $5 to use online. If interested email vikarus82 at yahoo.com thanx

  43. Chris

I got two microwave ovens and one movie theater popcorn popper, regular price was $59.99 each I only paid $14.99 each. Hopefully there are more ovens but that’s doubtful because there was a lady in front of me that bought the six remaining microwave ovens that were left on the shelf. I am in Miami Gardens, it’s the CVS near the Dolphins Stadium. PS there’s a lot of traffic due to the BCS game.
