Wow, that’s awesome. So I can cannot my iPad to my Samsung flat screen?
Connect*
You should be able to use the charger cable to connect your iPad to your TV.
Really? I’m going to try.
No. you can’t use this cable for your iPad.
The cable that comes with your iPad should work with your tv IF you tv has a usb port. This is a micro usb, which most android devices are.
Thanks for the feedback everyone. I’m going to cancel my order.
what is the shipping charge on this??? On my order it is not coming up…..
Shipping is Free!
This is the best price ever!!! Thanks!!!
Can you use this on a Motorola Atrix Phone?? If so THIS IS AWESOME!
Yes, since the Atrix has a micro port. 🙂
Oh man THANK YOU for letting me know Traci! <3
Great product. Unbelievable price! Thanks. ^__^
Thanks, this is such a great deal!!!
what is the best and least expensive way to get movies on your kindle fire?
Alyssa- I pay for Netflix. The amount of movies and TV shows my daughter watches is well worth it (she is a Power Rangers fanatic and I find that paying $8 per month is WAY cheaper than purchasing DVDs for her to watch). HTH!
So could i stream netflix from my kindle fire hd to the tv? and can you let the show load fully then watch it or is there wait time while it loads? hope i am making sense as i know nothing about this. thanks
Alyssa, you have to go into the app store on amazon and download the netflix app for free and then you can sign into it just like on your computer and stream movies and tv shows…it works pretty well! HTH.
Is this for a kindle only? Can you use this for a roku box for netflix? I need a HDMI Cable.. that’s all I know. I would hate to order if this isn’t right for me.
No, Juli. This cable is HDMI to micro (describing the two ends)
You need HDMI to HDMI for your ROKU hook up
Thank you Traci. =)
Is this used for a blue ray or DVD player? What can I use this for? does it work for IPAD
i have amazon prime, so i stream free movies from my kindle using prime. If youre a student (have and .edu email) then prime is only $39/year for full access.
I’m a student and I just signed up for amazon prime. i get 6 months of free trial and then after that, it’s $39/year for 4 years. For now though, with the free trial, there is no access to amazon instant videos. I love prime though so the 39$ a year is going to be a must have in my book!! 🙂
Axys, how do u stream? I just got my kindle but am still learning how to use it. Thank you.
If you have the kindle fire it’s not too hard. Go to “video” from your home screen. When you’re browsing videos just type “Prime videos” into the search. (You must be logged into your amazon account on your kindle.) Prime -free videos only stream (select “watch now”) and do not download. It’s not too hard and they have a lot of movies & TV shows. (Very similar to Nextflix.
I found this link.
I bought a 25 cable on ebay for $3.50. The same thing as this. Long story on why I needed a 25 foot cable.
Does anyone know if this will work with a regular kindle to stream to the tv? I tried the other night using the USB port but that didn’t work but reading later it said for sound and pictures, not video.
these don’t even sell on ebay for over $3.50. The 59.99 price is WAY over
Anyone know what this cord works for? I bought two assuming they worked for Kindle/iPad and they do not connect to either.
no clue….I bought for Kindle Fire and I’m SOOL!!!
