The B1G1 coupons in todays RP took off the maximum amount on each one, the suave and the tresemme. Also the B1G1 Advil coupon automatically took off $7.20!!!! HTH!

Is it possible to use a $4 off of $10 razor coupon along with a 25% off coupon (as long as its not a sale item)?
Specifically for the Schick razor priced $10.49
% off coupons reduce the value of any CVS coupons in the transaction. So, yes, you can use it, but it will reduce it to $3 off $10 from $4 off $10. Does that make sense? Walgreens % off coupons will do the same (on the very rare occasions they have them!)

It actually depends if the $4/10 razor rings as a “cvs store coupon” or “cvs manuf coupon” Any “CVS store coupon” will reduce the % off. the coupons that print from the MCM can ring either way and you won’t know until you ck out if it’ll affect the % off calculation. Even certain extrabucks will change the % off calculation – $5 beauty buck, force printed bucks & your quarterly, so keep that in mind when using a % off too.

Last night,i went to scan my cvs card and 3 ladys clear the shelf of tide pods they were together and all of them had nothing else but, the tide. We got the inserts early, but, didn’t get to cut my cupons that’s what I get for taking my time

I have $1.50 off Any One Schick Hydro Silk Razor or Refill from a couple weeks agoI printed from Smartsource, expires 2/2013 to go with Razor deal. It’s not there now.

The thermacare is part of the Buy 2 health care get $4 ecb (same as childrens advil) I went tonight to buy the thermacare and used (2) $3 coupons….free after ecbs. And was excited to see that the limit is actually 2 not 1. Will be back tomorrow because I saw some boxes of advil with $3/1 peelies…also be free after ecbs.
I believe Wags is supposed to have Thermacare free after RR next week, so you might want to consider holding off until then if you shop Wags.

The tide pods 15count are reg.$4.44 so a 20% will work but with a 4/20 great deal too. Cheaper than any other store than I have visited.

$6.99 is the sale price. Tip I learned is if there’s no price listed in the ad,, the % of will work, a price shown and it won’t.

Okay, I’ve got a question… I’m wanting to do the Maybelline deal, spend $15 get $5 EB and I want to use a 25% off store coupon. ( I NEVER get these so I’m not sure what exactly is the best way to use them.) Do I need to reach $15 before or after the 25% coupon for the EB to print? TIA! 🙂

I printed the Advil BOGO, but my son said he thought my DD cut it up! She likes to be like me and cut poupons as she calls them. I am afraid to look!
Most CVS stores begin the next weeks’ deals on Sat. night. You just have to ask the store manager what time their store starts the weekly ad prices. Each store has a different time frame. Just tape the coupon back together and take it with you. if they look at it funny, just point to your darling daughter. I wouldn’t be intimidated. Just do it. If they balk, cancel the transaction and take your coupon with you to another CVS store where you can find a sympathetic clerk to help you. Good luck.
That is so funny, well kinda. My daughter is the exact same way. She calls them toupons. She pulls every card from the magazines and gets so excited she found mommy “toupons”. She has destroyed more than one awesome “toupon” trying to help.
The dove body wash coupon is for $1.00 off a 16 oz. The ad shows that the $2.99 dove is for the 12 oz. So I don’t think this one will work.
The one I printed was for 10 oz or larger…HTH.

Out of curiosity, on a bogo…I bought some melatonin tonight not realizing they’re bogo tomorrow morning. If the deals already switched for the week, does it save to your card like the buy $30 get $10? Meaning if I went back and bought another, would it come off as free? If not–do you think they’d let me return and buy right back with two?? Hope that makes sense 🙂

I did the Advil last night and the thermacare today and it still doesn’t say I’ve reached my limit.
If your store doesn’t adjust the tresemme coupon down (it automatically deducts $6) then you can get four bottles, use two b1g1 coupons and the $2/2 from the magic coupon machine and only pay tax. That’s four free bottles plus it counts towards your beauty club!

The BOGO attaches to both items (the register said something like coupon exceeds quantity the last time there was a BOGO insert, so the cashier could not override the cents off)
My CVS SUCKS! The guy manually overrode every BOGO coupon, if it rang up $7.20 for example he dropped it to $4.99 (because thats the sale price). Did it on 3 different coupons. And theTresseme was sold out.

They got lucky, it’s not a right. If a store allows for overages awesome, if it doesn’t then don’t complain. In this case, the register is not matching up with sale price, it should in fact be adjusted down. You still got your free item.

I was told today that two cashiers were fired a that specific CVS because they were not manually changing coupons, I guess they are suppose to change them to the current price.

Fired over that – that’s just crazy! The store gets reimbursed whether it’s for full retail value or what the cashier wrote on the little line – either way, CVS is getting paid.
My office is next to a Unemployment Insurance call center here in the US. All day I hear one end of conversations that would break anybody’s heart. A free bottle of shampoo is NOT worth the consequences.
WOW! That is crazy, I have been told by several floor managers that they always get refunded the full value of the coupon, at the times the computer fixes it but other times I get the full value and they say it is fine! Although I must say some CVS’s can be sketchy when I was minor I was not allowed to work after a certain time and my manager use to make me clock out and keep working! After I found out what he was doing and talked to him about he fired me and put me on a CVS ban list! He was later charged with sexual harassment from another minor so he got his i guess!
Question…I bought 2 children’s advils and 2 thermacares. I forgot to do separate transactions and I only received one $4 ECB. On my receipt it says quantity toward this reward 2 and quantity needed to earn reward 2. Do you think I can go back up there and they will manually print another $4 ECB….even though the ad says limit 1? I know a couple of the cashiers will read the ad VERY carefully. Thanks!
You should be able to. If they understand that sometimes cvs puts limits on things higher than what is stated in the ad. This may be a monthly deal for feb. Just show them your receipt and tell them what happened. I’m planning on doing the same. 🙂
Yes! He was correct on overriding the cupon on tressemme! They are suppost to last time when there were bogos on pantene,herbal essences,head shoulders, and they customers got the small bottles and they got the max 9.99 head shoulders, 7.99 on pantene,customers would get upset and leave their items on registers and treat to call corporate and that’s ! When manager had to explain that we, anybody would just get the sale price. If u get max amount good if not that’s good too! At least they take cpns some,stores put their own limits on cupons and items.

Last time I didn’t get a rebate for advil congestion relief, I called to see if pfizer could send me one…they couldn’t send me a rebate, but they sent me TWO COUPONS for free pfizer products!!! I don’t know which number I called, but it was customer service. It’s worth a try! great customer service!
