Yay! Thanks! I sure hope these fit.
Just an FYI. I bought a pair of shoes for my daughter for Christmas. They are already falling apart and it has only been six weeks! Their customer service is saying that they can do nothing to help as it is past the 30 day return policy. This is disappointing as I usually buy sneakers only twice a year for my kids. Guess I will be coughing up another $40.00 for shoes….just not from Famous Footwear!
Try returning them or something! What a bummer! Maybe they’d exchange them for same or similar pair.
Nope. They just emailed me a copy of their return policy stating 30 days. Well, I didn’t give them to my daughter until a month after I received them (Christmas) and they started falling apart last week (the sole is separating from the bottom fabric of the shoe. They just keep stating that 30 days is their policy. Looks like I’m out of luck on this one. I definitely will NOT be ordering from Famous Footwear again.
what were the brand of the shoes you bought?
Puma
Try the manufacturer facebook or email them, they might help you.
I love our FF store. Called them today to see if they had them in stock- and they did not so he ordered them for me online and saved me the shipping and applied the coupon. He said should be delivered in next 4 days! Awesome! Got the Sporto Annette shown about for $22.xx!
ive also had problems with Famous shoes. The new Pumas i got for my bday last Nov have already been coming apart:/ all the stitching is pulling apart. and the pumas i got for one of my kids for christmas is falling apart too. the sole is coming off. ive bought pumas directly from the company before and from other shoe stores and have had no problems. so idk whats up with Famous.
Thought I’d throw in a good review for Famous Footwear here. 🙂 I ordered a pair of calf-high Madden Girl grey heeled boots, and a pair of red Puma sneakers over a year ago (on clearance and with coupon codes, of course), and both pairs are still in fantastic shape. They’re my most worn shoes, too. So Famous Footwear can be good, sorry about everyone else’s bad experiences!
Hahaha-I took one look at those Sporto’s and they instantly reminded me of photos of boots men wore in WWI.
Go through shop at home and get 15% cash back!
If you order them in the store, they are shipped to your house for free. I have one close to me so for me it was worth it.
