My kids invest their cash in 3 toy types: MLP, Lego and Lionel. Our house is very oddly decorated thanks to this, haha. I ordered this train and got email that Target is canceling the order. They had made a price mistake. Did anyone else receive an order cancellation and I was told Target does not have to honor a price if is is wrong? Is this correct?
I was thinking I might call them on it. They have to honor a price on the shelf so they should have to honor a website price!
I placed the order and received a confirmation. Then I got an order cancelled email. Now it’s listed at $399 on the Target website. Bullcrap!
Julie, I had a confirmation then a cancellation. I am still working on getting to a top Target officer. This is not acceptable, I purchased at $106, paid and 2 days later get a cancellation email. My son is sooooo disappointed.
