You have to call. Ifits25.00 even with the discount it goes to zero, you can’t check out, you have to call. That’s what I did,
That same thing was happening to me and I think it’s one of two things: the item can’t be final sale, and the total has to be above $25…I had an item that was $24.95 and final sale and couldn’t get it to go through, but I chose a different item that was $29 and it went through without a hitch! Weird, because it still accepts the code, just kicks you back to the credit card section. Hope that helps!

Talked to Piperlime, Codes are working…it is $25 off $25 purchase. You must spend more than $25 to get it. My first order was less than $25 & I checked out for $0. After all this confusion I called customer service. My order did not go thru so I added a small item & paid $5 for everything. It is a great deal but you cannot get something for free.
