If you are using IE the site is down but it you use chrome it works. I’m not sure why this is but I figured it out some how.

THANKS! I just did that. I had looked on the Huggies facebook page to see if other people were having issues. They also recommended clearing your browser cache… since I don’t know how to do that, I just used Chrome instead of IE!
Thanks all for posting this, at first I thought I was the only one having issues (since site seems to be down every single time!) but to find out it’s the IE issue…geez. Hope KC fixes it soon but doubt it.

Do the pullups not have codes any more? I just opened a pack and all it had in it was a sticker that told you to download the pull-ups app.
Amy K, I had a few packs like that too. I was tempted to contact KC about it but then again, who has time these days. I have just made sure that I check the packs before I buy them (to make sure they have the smaller sticker, not the bigger one); hope that makes sense, as I’m not actually opening the packages =)
i contacted them about one of my diaper boxes not having a code months ago, they never got back with me..
I have not noticed any codes in the pull-ups I’ve been buying at Costco recently. Very disappointing, as they used to be there!
i can’t believe i actually got this! had only enough for the card! wow! we used cloth dipes so didn’t have many points.
