   When I hold down the buy now tab it asks if I want to buy it for 1.99. No promo code box opens up. Am I doing something wrong?

  Casey, hold down the green arrow for 3 seconds instead of the buy it button. Then enter free4dino. It worked for me…

   I don’t see any arrow or upgrade……all I see is an install option but if I click that I’ll pay!?!?
