I actually got no e-mail, but in my DSW account below my name it said “1 certificate available” and when I clicked on it it said I had a $10 Certificate!:D
I checked my account to find my rewards # before I submitted the form and I had a $5.00 certificate already there. So think this is a separate thing.
I agree. They emailed me last week the 10 off exp 3/30, and that’s all that’s listed under certificates so this is different.
That’s odd because I just made a new account and the $10 certificate showed up after I filled out the form from the link above. My friend also made a new account and got no certificate so I don’t know what it depends on exactly.

I use the DSW Facebook page often. They have things called frenzies where you participate and receive a $5 e giftcard sent to your email that you give. This link is what is given when you post “just dance” on there facebook page. You should really participate on there facebook page by posting that instead of going through this link. It could lead to them not doing frenzies any more if they see a lot of people are filling out the form that did not post.
You also get one for posting “new rewards member in the house”
I filled out the form and got something about it comin in the mail and then went and checked my dsw rewards online and had a five dollar certificate waiting!! Woohoo…not sure if this is the same thing or not
i love DSW and soon i wont have to drive 20miles to redeem my reward cards but i got so far 1 pair of flats, 1pair of sandals, and 1 purse have paid about 6.00 bucks for all 3 items and they are normally 39.99 or more, but i get them on clearence with an additional 75% off. love it
