   I couldn’t get it to work on my mobile phone, but then forwarded that test message to my email. The link then worked on line.

    Didn’t work for me… Return text Said user didn’t allow premium messaging. I am not sure what that means, as I followed directions exactly and have a basic messaging plan!!

    It always tells me message blocking is active… If anyone knows what this means please help so frustrating.

  For some reason Premium messaging was blocked on my cell phone plan – I don’t know why…I just got my first smart phone and the blocking / unblocking feature doesn’t add or subtract from the bill…..I use Verizon. I had to search their site to find out how to do it cause I couldn’t find it under my plan features.

    I received the ‘premium messaging to this mobile number has been blocked’ message and it said to have have the account owner contact the service provider. So it didn’t work for me because of my messaging plan, not because there is anything wrong with the deal. Oh well, on to the next one!

    I am sure you have to be a smart phone. Because it sends you a link to go online. Try on an ipad or iPod. On one of those apps with free texting or something. Idk worth a try.

    I received the message that said that premium messaging is not set up on this phone. I emailed Schick and let them know that my phone would not let me get the sample and they just mailed me one because I sent an email. If you can’t get through on your phone, try emailing them 🙂

    I actually sent an email to Schick using the email ‘Contact Us’ link on the page that stated it was having technical difficulties. They emailed me back the next day and asked me for my contact info to send me my sample.
