I had ordered these flip flops for my son 9 years old. One and half month into wearing them, my son kinda got the front of the slipper flipped and broke the throng part of the flip flop. The return policy for the site is within 30 days. I tried to return through Crocs but the customer service personnel failed to return calls. It was at the end of the summer so I did not keep calling them as my son would have out grown the size. (or little laziness on my part)
