   Direct message – when you are on the Gillette Venus page, look for the icon that looks like a person and there should be a drop down menu with an option to send a direct message.

   Direct Message. Click on the settings (gear) on your twitter page and click direct message.

    I just started following them and wrote what they said to write and I also sent a direct message to them saying the same thing. They wrote me back within 10 minutes with a link to add my mailing info.

    I DM’d yesterday…no reply yet. Which reminds me, I never got the DM for that free slow kettle soup from back in January. I have tweeted @ them about it multiple times and DM’d them a couple of times, they have never once replied.

    I tweeted and DM’d and within 2 minutes received an email requesting my info for a “Venus surprise”. Thanks for posting this! Yay for possible free razors!

    I entered all the required information a day or two ago. After reading a few others for replies, I messages them a again, telling them I had not received a reply. They sent me a link to enter my information shortly thereafter.

    I followed, tweeted the phrase and sent them a direct message and they got back to me with a form it started out with this
    Gillette Venus: #StepUp your Shave

    Please fill out the form below so we can help you #StepUp your shave! Look in the mail for a Venus surprise in a few weeks!

    Then under that was a form asking for my twitter handle name and mailing address. I hope to see a suprise in the mail in a few weeks 😀
