  I get this in my email:

  “Date of last activity: 07/05/2013
  If inactive, points available expire on: 10/04/2013*

  *Don’t let your points get away. Log in or text a code to keep your points from expiring. Standard text message rates apply. Please check with your carrier for details.”

  So I’m thinking they expire after 90 days of inactivity? Maybe you could contact them?     Thanks! I was able to use almost all of them and thought I was on top of it, yahoo! I’m so glad I caught those Smart Start bowls for 300 points each a couple weeks ago, since my kiddos (and i) keep breaking our glass ones—and those plastic ones are perfect! 🙂 I ordered 23 of them with my almost 7,000 points at the time.
