Here’s how:

*Head over here and choose a Starbucks SOLD OUT 🙁 or Regal gift card.
*You can then choose the greeting card that you would like to attach the gift card to.
*Choose the amount that you would like to purchase, but keep in mind that it must be at least $25 to receive the $10 discount.
*Fill out the card information and update.


*You will then see a screen like the one above. Click the blue “Enter Coupon Code” link and then enter in the coupon code 10HEAT and your price will be reduced to just $15.


*Finish your order.
*You will then be emailed your receipt, but if it is your first order, keep in mind that you will need to enter in your order number from your email receipt in order to validate your card. (see pic below)
*Once you have done this, you will be able to print out your card, email it, or send it to Facebook! If you have the Starbucks App on your mobile phone, you can just email the gift card to yourself and then upload the gift card into your app. Sweet!

    Is anyone else having trouble not seeing where to enter the code info for the discount? I’ve been through this about 3 times and I’m on the screen that says “Place Order” and I don’t want to click that since I haven’t entered the discount code.

        It’s on the screen before you enter all the order info. There is a price summary and right above the amount in blue it says Enter coupon code. Click that and you should be able to type in the code.

      it’s on the “personalize your card” page on the right hand side under the price summary. There are blue words that say “enter coupon code” Just click on them and enter the code. HTH!

    how weird, it charged me but now wont let me print it out, I got “we’re working on processing your order” and “we’re all out of that combination, chose a different merchant or amount”…..

      Mine says that too. I was e-mailed a receipt for $15.00, but it won’t let me print after I verified my receipt number. I wonder if I was still charged, as I am unable to print as well.

        I just got online to check my credit card authorizations and there is a $15.00 fee and then a $15.00 credit, so I guess I was not billed and unable to get the deal after all.

    How long does it take for them to send you the email receipt?

      I received my email, entered the code, and said what I wanted was not available. I clicked contact us and sent them a note with my order number and what happened. Hopefully, enough people will contact them and they will know there is an issue and will not charge any of us, or at least credit our accts asap.

    Just another bait and switch. Same thing happened to me. Paid, got receipt, immediately input it and then wouldn’t print out. Tried twice same thing happened both times. It is so disappointing when companies can’t get it together. Guess my freshman at college won’t be getting her surprise Starbucks card after all. You think HP would be a little more reliable.

      same here I got a email confirmation and then it asked me to enter my order number in my account and then its said it was sold out! How do you sell out of e-gift cards, they are not an actual physical gift card..lol Oh well hopefully the code will work again

    Things aren’t instantaneous all the time,it’s called patience and feel lucky you got the deal in the first place. If you’re not able to print it by tomorrow then just calmly contact customer care. The site is by HP, I’m sure they’ll make any problems right.

    Hi Collin, Quick question. I signed up for the *HOT* text message but I didn’t get a text for this I only get the texts for free samples. Is there 2 separate text list-serves? Is there a way to switch out of the “samples” text messages and get into the *HOT* Item ppost list-serve? Thank you for all you do!

    Not a good business practice to charge someones card when the product is not available. I appreciate the immeadiate reversal but it is still a hassle for the consumer. I am leary of this company now. Seemed like a great idea but they need to work out the kinks first. Thanks for posting as always Colin. Just didn’t work out for some this time. There is always a next time.

    I followed all the steps. typed my order info in the box. then it was processing and it just came up with a blank screen. not working. I emailed the company and they never sent me anything back yet. the money went out of my account and looks like it went back in? I went back on to try again and they aren’t even offering $25 cards anymore
