UPDATE: Sorry, all! This coupon actually prints with the wording at the bottom (not actually on the coupon) that it’s only valid in the state of Michigan. 🙁

When it prints it says that it’s only available in the state of Michigan?

    • rose

      That’s what mine said too!

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

How odd…. I’m not seeing that on the coupon I printed earlier. Can you tell me where exactly you are seeing that wording?

      • Bonnie

It’s not printed on the coupon itself its just printed near tne bottom of the paper.

  2. ozi

they dont sell this in ny as far as i know or at least the stores i shop at. its perdue

  3. leah

The coupon itself doesn’t print with valid in the state of Michigan but it does print at the bottom of the page. If you are an honest couponer you will only use it if you live in Michigan! Let the bashing begin!

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Oh gotcha… thanks for the heads up. I totally didn’t notice that when I first printed. I’m gonna update the post.

    • amanda

That wording is not on the coupons I printed with the Ohio zipcode. Also, unless it was a typo, why would a coupon that is only good in the state of Michigan be listed for the state of Ohio to print?

      • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

        How odd….

      • KS

That is exactly what I was thinking. Why would a coupon be valid only in Michigan which is found under a Ohio zipcode. I wouldn’t have known about the stipulation since i printed it along with other coupons and the wording was not there at the bottom…. confused!!!

Walmart sells this type of chicken so then the coupon should work

  5. Joan

I was able to print two. I live in Texas and our Commissary carries Tyson chickens. I just purchased a package of 8 but I am going to be using these. Does not have a “state specific” on the two I printed. Thank You!

    • marie

Mine did, look at the bottom of your page. For the state of Michigan only.

  6. lyn96

I was able to print just two.By the time I printed them then moved over to my laptop it was already gone. Also mine did not print Michigan only

    • amanda

Mine doesn’t say anything about being state specific. I checked the whole page on all four of the q’s I printed off my 2 computers.

      • amanda

Besides that, it doesn’t make much sense to put only use in Michigan when the zipcode provided was for Ohio.

  7. lyn96

I doubled checked and Mine does NOT have Michigan Only printed anywhere on the paper. But then again I printed more than that Q.I like to go over all the Q’s just in-case there are more that I can print. So NO Bashing needed.I will use the Q because mine are not worded in anyway about Michigan on any part of the paper.Lets have a happy Sunday shall we. 🙂

  8. Tara

Looking at it right now, I printed this coupon with 2 other coupons on the same page and it doesn’t say anything about Michigan anywhere, therefore I will be using it.

  9. Kayli

Yay for living in Michigan! lol

  10. Cj

What is the expiration date please?

    • lyn96

      11/19 13

      • Cj

        Thank you!

  11. Stephanie

I think people shouldn’t feel bad about using it when you’re not in the state of Michigan… because the zip code to get the coupon is Ohio. That’s a little odd.

    • chelsea

another lady on a blog said hers was only valid in the state of NC? super weird coupon. Tyson had a $1/1 chicken q out before and it didn’t have any specifics. Mine doesn’t say anything about MI or NC on it.

      • lyn laderer

I remember one from Tyson from about 3 months or so ago that was $2.00 or $2.50 off of one also with the problem of valid in such and such state(not on the Q just bottom of paper)My Commissary took it without a problem since the state was not on the Q itself.I just suggest checking with your own store,by asking the Manager.

        • iMO

The commissary or any other stores outside of Michigan will not get paid and will lose money.

          • lyn laderer

I’m sorry but if it is only for a certain state why wasn’t it put on the coupon and why are only certain people getting it printed with the state at the bottom of the page.
My commissary is very strict about coupons they wouldn’t let a coupon go through if it was not good.Hense ask your manager first.I don’t know if you are familiar with the commissary but they are so strict they had an issue with the shave cream Q’s that for some gave awesome overage.

    • iMO

It may not be printed on the coupon itself, but it is probably in the data barcodes.

Collin’s Human! It’s a miracle! 🙂 Thanks for all you do..I’ve made that mistake before in line at McDonalds. Pulled up to get my free chicken wrap, the man took the coupon and said, Mam, it says only valid in Colorado..hehe..I live in GA! We both had a good laugh and he gave me the wrap for free anyway! Thanks for letting us know your human too! God BLess You!

  13. Eva @ Whole Food Mom on a Budget

My coupon does not say that anywhere on the coupon or the bottom of the paper. It must be printing differently for different people?

  14. Kristine

Lol – you’d think they’d put it in an obvious spot on the coupon? Next thing you know they’ll be encoding the state, or making it visible only with lemon juice and infrared. Good for a laugh anyhow! 🙂

    • KS

lemon juice and infrared….hehe….good one… thanks for the good laugh

I really have not seen this much fuss since the mobile phone app for Target was it?If it was another store I’m sorry. Some people just grab on like a pit bull with their opinions. I understand about people trying to keep people honest about how a coupon is used.Over these past few months learning I have seen people get bent because the image was not the same as the writing and thought they were in the right.People get bent over PnG and the limits yes it sucks.PnG and NO overage. But still people post about how they got around it or just that they did. Could we please just stop with the meaness. I understand that beeping work’s both ways,so should everybody else IMHO

  16. Mike

I am no longer seeing this coupon available to print.

    • Julie

Look at the ad banner coupons that’s where I found it. I was using my own zip code at the time you can try that MI 49093

      • Mike

I am still not seeing it. I signed in and changed my state and zip code. I see an offer for $1.00 off Perdue Perfect Portions, but not Tyson.

  17. amanda

I printed 2 sets of these coupons off of my 2 computers yesterday and took these to Walmart for my weekly shopping trip. I found packs of chicken livers for $1.48 ea and chicken gizzards for $1.80 ea. Bought 2 of each. My family loves both of these. Made the main course for dinner tonight $2.56 for a family of 6. Thanks so much for the great coupon links!!
