Super Easy Rolo Candy Dip with Apples

Rolo Candy Dip Recipe

Ingredients

  • 11oz. Bag of Rolo candy
  • 6 oz of vanilla yogurt
  • 8 oz of cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar (or more, if you like it really sweet!)
  • 6 apples

Directions

Cream together yogurt, cream cheese, and sugar.

Unwrap and melt 30-35 Rolo pieces in a microwave safe bowl 15 seconds at a time until melted and immediately mix it in with the cream cheese and yogurt.

Chop about 6-8 Rolos to garnish the top. Serve with apples.

Rolo Candy Dip

Here’s a great idea to use up any left over candy you may have from Halloween, or take advantage of those deeply discounted candy sales happening right about now! I like this recipe because it’s not over the top sweet using cream cheese and yogurt, plus it’s really easy. I love any candy with caramel and how perfect to pair with apples this time of year. If it doesn’t turn out sweet enough for your taste just add more powdered sugar. Adapted from a recipe by Thrifty Jinxy, enjoy!

Recipe for left over Halloween candy

I kept this in the fridge and served cold, but that’s up to you. My kids were thrilled to have this as a snack!
