I was able to upload Amazon music to itunes on my iphone, from the Kindle music player app. I’ve never done it on a computer so I don’t know if you can do it that way.

@ Jackie – As others have noted, yes these mp3s are compatible with iTunes. If you want to have them uploaded to iTunes directly, there is an option you can select in your settings (of the downloader program) to do just that.
As for the album as a whole, I bought this last December (2012) when it was also on sale for 99¢. Let me say that it was an “okay” deal. While you would pay $267.30 buying all the songs individually, I could not see myself paying money (any amount) for the bulk of the songs. They are okay for background classical holiday “muzak”, but not much else. Of course, my tastes may be different from most others. Just be sure and at least sample a few tracks from the handful of different performers to make sure they are something you might like. Even though I didn’t particularly like most of the songs, the 6 or so that I really liked made the price seem pretty good, if not a bargain.
