My SYW trial period was suppose to end on the 7th of this month. On the 8th I was looking at my account and noticed now it expires February 7th next year! Pretty cool!
Thank you so much! This is awesome and was so easy to sign up for!
Troop ID does not verify active duty prior to 1985. If you were before then, no trial for you, I guess.
How is this for veterans? I never had a troop ID when I was in the Navy 14 years ago?
Thank you!
I signed up yesterday. My credit card was charged, so I guess there was an error connecting to Troop ID. I emailed yesterday asking to cancel & credit my card with no reply. I called this morning and the rep said it can’t be cancelled. I insisted on speaking to a supervisor, and asked for one in America. I got someone who said she was a supervisor (obvious to me, not in America) who said she would credit my card, but haven’t received any email to verify it. Now I’m stuck waiting to see if I’ll have to dispute it with my credit card company. After I was charged, I read the fine print & I shouldn’t have had to put in a credit card at all. My error, but they sure aren’t doing anything to retain me as a customer. Fail for me. 🙁
