I Wish for a day when bloggers will stop inflating Regular prices in their titles and posts. You know this is not a $299 blender. I know that you know from the fact that you put a question mark behind it. It just drives me crazy. every single blogger does this. Rise above the rest Collin!!

you all need to grow up. She wrote $299 Value then right under it wrote it goes for $139 on overstock. She isn’t stupid, she knows what she is doing and she knows that i am right. AND IF I WASN’T RIGHT SHE WOULDN’T HAVE REMOVED IT FROM HER TITLE AS SHE DID.
Strange you say this but it is because that is what it says on amazon silly! She is just posting what it says. Take a look! She doesn’t make the prices, just reveals them to us. I am glad she puts this up… yea, it’s inflated but that’s amazon NOT Collin. Ugh!

I think Collin believes the original price to be inflated as well, which is why she put the Overstock price comparison. Regardless, if you are in need of a food processor, then this one is going for a good price.
It seems there are some very negative people who feel they don’t need to mind their manners on this blog lately. If you don’t like a deal move on and scroll on by. Life is too short to be so negative.
We are all entitled to opinions- apparently only “nice” ones on here. Collin makes a lot of money off this blog and especially these Amazon posts- and as a buyer/customer Teresa should be able to voice hers too!

I do own this and have had no issues. It’s a great price- I think I paid $80 for mine. My only complaint is that the blender part doesn’t come clean. Has a film in it from use over time.

I always do my research prior to posting deals. I check reviews, and make sure to do price comparisons etc. This deal seemed worthy of a post after checking the reviews and the prices listed on other sites.
Do I think the price is normally $299.99? No! That’s why I put a question mark next to the price when I first posted.
Do I think Amazon inflates the list prices on items? Yes.
Can I do anything about that? No.
If I could, would I? Yes.

My point was that you know that $299 is inflated and yet you write it anyways as if it was ever sold at that price.
Can I do anything about that? No.. Incorrect. the answer is YES you can. You can write (Reg. $139) which is the overstock price, which is obviously the regular price and not Reg. $299. You can sugar coat it all you want, but you are wrong and you know it.
Overstock.com prices are rarely the actual regular price of an item, it’s getting an item at a discount. So Collin is correct, and while your opinion is great, you do not need to rub it in just to make yourself feel better about someone’s mistake. Thank you for all that you do Collin!
