I figured it out! I’ve had some issues in the past because my Internet Explorer updated itself to the newest version. I had to go to Tools > Compatibility Settings and include Petco.com on the list of websites. I was able to order two silver ones just now. Hth!

Shannon, There’s a place for promo codes but you have to look for it. its under #3-promotion, gift cards & pal rewards on the check out page. Click where it says add promo, gift card & pal rewards. You should be able to get this still, but I think some colors are not available. Good luck!

Nevermind, I found it!! You have to enter in your email then your name and address. It’s under the 3rd step which is promotions.
I entered it before my payment….if you see the payment option, scroll up a bit and click on the promotion/gift card option (it’s a drop down). It will take 20% and shipping off of your total!

This code is now EXPIRED. I just spoke with a Petco Rep over the phone & code’s expired & the best they could offer is 5% off. I was a little disappointed because I tried to place order last night but had trouble w/ my password on my account & didn’t get their email to reset it until this AM. Oh well, maybe next time
Not sure how this one is going to go! Placed the order last night for two cat beds ~ got the “thank you for you order” message at end of transaction. Realized this morning I never got email conf of order or Paypal receipt for payment. Called Customer Service because there is also no order showing in my history. First he told me I had modified the order which is “as good as cancelling it” (what?!!)…I told him I modified nothing just ordered two cat beds, same color, paid, thank you. Then he says there is NO order showing, then there IS an order but is handled by an outside vendor (paypal) so it may take a while to be notified of order/receipt. I explain this was done through the Petco site not an outside vendor so when should I expect to be notified if I am going to receive this and he tells me if I haven’t received anything to my email address in a few days to call back.
