I love how my last order was cancelled because I used a bra code on a bralette and they told me a bralette isn’t a bra. Today I received an email that says all pink bras are buy 1 get one 50% off and there’s a pic of a bralette! It seems that VS keeps changing the definition of what a bra is lol. I wish they’d just make up their minds….
I would call them again. I had postponed calling them until 2 days ago. I had read the negative responses from them and was afraid they were going to do the same to me. The rep was super nice and I already got the email telling me my secret card is on its way! 🙂
I just wanna give VS customer service a huge shout out!!! I place 2 $35 orders earlier and didn’t even think about the tote for free at 8pm when u spend $70 (which I did) so I thought I would just call and ask if I could cancel my orders or combine them and loose my extra fragrance gift set with pj offer. But my CS lady just did a separate order of the tote for free for me!!! So sometimes it doesn’t hurt to be kind and ask nicely!!! Thanks Collin for posting all Thanksgiving. Soooo excited! I spent $93 BUT I bought 5 panties, 2 bras, my dd fav body wash, hubby cologne and will get the free tote. Plus almost $4 from SAH ohhhhhh and my rewards card of at least $10….SCORE! Thanks Collin! I decided to take off the socks and free perfume bc I bought a set of their perfume yesterday and there are samples in the free tote. 🙂
So worth it to do this online versus going into the store and fighting the crowds. Only reason I wanted to submit an order was to get the free tote with $70 purchase, very cute!!!! 8 1/2 mo preggo and did not want to fight crowds! in store i used the 10 off coupon i got in the mail and it didnt take off 10 dollars, took like 4 something off. i told her thats not right, she said it was. kept telling me it was right. went ahead and paid and then called customer service they were like duno what she did. they are sending a 10 gift card. they also would not let me do more than one order.
